As a landlord I ordered a deep clean after the end of a tenancy. The flat was in a bad way after a 9 year tenancy. Magic cleaning did an ok job in difficult circumstances - you can't polish a turd... However, some obvious and standard jobs were not done, for instance, the tops of the kitchen cabinets remain dirty and uncleaned, and the bedroom picture rail - both items are listed to be cleaned in their blurb. When I remonstrated with Magic cleaning they said it was not their problem as I raised the issue outside the 72 hour complaint time; they then threatened me with a defamation suit; and lastly, offered me a £10 voucher! Wow.
It's normal to make mistakes. It's not normal to threaten your customer with legal action for something your company has been paid to do, but not done. I won't be using Magic Cleaning again. Their customer service is defensive and heavy handed and they refused to sort the main issue raised.

Petya and her team did a great job. They were very thorough and completed the clean in good time.

The ladies did a really great job on my end of tenancy clean. The flooring, carpets, cabinets, and especially the double oven, looks amazing. The oven came out much better than I expected. Thank you both very much!

The only negative is that I think they put some dirt down the toilet and it’s now stuck to the bottom of the bowl and won’t flush away. Since I’ve already moved out, there are no toilet brushes, etc to deal with it.

We have booked an end of tenancy cleaning. Petya and her colleague did an excellent job, they were fast and efficient. The townhouse looked amazing. Every corner is so clean! Petya is very professional and I would highly recommend both of them.

From the initial phone call all the way till they left, it was an amazing experience. The customer service is second to none! Very friendly and very focussed on the task at hand. Both the ladies were amazing in cleaning. They cleaned everything thoroughly and helped to throw all the rubbish away. The kitchen looks like new! The toilet and bathroom had some limescale (London water issues) but they cleaned everything so well it looks like brand new. The glass in the bathrooms and windows are so shiny I could use them as mirrors. Both the ladies worked really hard to ensure everything was perfect. Oh and the carpet clean was so good it looks and feels freshly installed.
All the doors were wiped, the oven and microwave were cleaned thoroughly. Even the washing machine tray was cleaned.
There were no distractions. Even when the phone rang, they quickly turned it off.
Petya is very professional and I would highly recommend her and her niece.
