TAKE HEED EVERYONE....

IF you purchase from this "company", beware there is no AVENUE for a return. The two addresses I found, and used for inquires were both bounced back by the ole Mailer-daemon "address not found".

I did use their Return Portal on 01/03/2025 to initiate my return of the Styler Go - Black which is an extremely, cheaply made, mostly heavy rubber, device. It is short, not suited for people with long hands.

Immediately upon completing the require data on the Return Portal form, I received a notice that read "The Return Request is Completed".

NOT SO FAST!!

In the directions for Returns and Refunds in reads that you MUST wait for APPROVAL of your return request and further instructions on how to proceed with it.

Now it is the 13th of January, 10 days of waiting have passed and no response from the company. I tried again approximately 2-hours ago to resend my data with photographs, all were sent back by the Mailer-daemon.

Next step: The Better Business Bureau to file a report.

Ordered 01/12/24 - still nothing 6 weeks later. Tracker awful and not updating. They use several email addresses, most bounce back. Say a “ticket” is open and you can use a portal…doesn’t work. No response via website. Just awful service with no product.

Ok, I thought Wow! What a great product for the price! Like right! Was in the ‘purchasing’ process when something went ‘askew’ …. They did not ask for my shipping address! IMMEDIATELY I CONTACTED MY CARD ISSUER AND BLOCKED THEM FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS ON MY ACCOUNTS!

I still did not receive the Magic Styler, ordered 7 Dec. Cannot contact supplier!

Bad company. Do not recommend buying from them. I got the item but I didn't realise I had also been gifted a styler. Tried to return the one I bought and I have been ignored and now blocked on email.
SCAM company. I would have given them a better review but they have lost my trust.
Do not buy, use your money elsewhere!!!

Do not purchase! I have sent 9 emails requesting the address for return/refund with no info but an offer of 15% and the later 25% refund to keep it telling me if it’s lost during return they can’t issue a refund. I am well w/in the stated 30 day return policy. There is no phone contact
for customer service. They’ve given me only a runaround & refusal to provide return address.

Product arrived way after Christmas and product is complete garbage! No customer service available. System set up so that you cannot make your return process for approval. Keep getting order not found bs! Kicking myself for falling for this scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Great hair dryer and curler. No need to hold a round brush in one hand and blow dryer in the other. Great curl. Last long. Very soft. Best I’ve ever used in my life. I will agree like the other reviews that it takes forever to receive. I didn’t get any emails with a tracking number to find out where it was. I was beginning to think it was a scam and surprised when it arrived.

It is a scam. Paid and never delivered my order

I still haven't heard any response about the product i bought on Dec 26th 2024 nor have I received it. I will be contacting BBB to help get my money back.

I would give no stars but I can’t. Ordered on the 25th of November, still isn’t here. I emailed them they then sent out another one and it still isn’t here, I have been waiting over a week. I said I wanted a refund and now I am not able to email them. This company is a complete shambles. Total scam don’t waste your money. Avoid at all costs.

It is a total scam! The device takes forever to heat up and will tear your hair off your head. The curl tool doesn’t have enough strength to make the curls they portray.

When I tried to return it they said they had to approve my return—which means they don’t get back to me. When I went back to their website and tried to request a return again, I got an error message saying that order has already been returned. All emails to customer service go unanswered.

Ordered product on 12/8 and still have not received order. Was told I would receive between 12/18-12/24. Customer service only sends generic emails with no regard for actual concerns of the customer. This company is a scam.
Just tried to send follow up emails to two addresses that have been working and they were both returned, stating the address couldn’t be found and is unable to receive emails. Sent a message from their website and have received no response either.

If I could have left no stars would have done .Product absolute rubbish .
Will not let me return for refund
Avoid this company .Just keep fobbing you off .

Does not work as promised, they until now did not return my request for refund. do not buy it, they are not reliable.

I only have 1 star as had To. I ordered this item as reviews on THEIR site are perfect. Then I googled the company and people saying it doesn't work, company awful to deal with ect.
So I emailed a hr if that after placing my order....the company took over 24 hrs to respond, at this time I had not recieved email that my order was processed yet...but all these back and forth emails wasting time instead of cancelling order. Now they sent it if course and oh sorry nothing we can do....um I cancelled it right away...so I told them they can pay to ship it back. I will fight the charge on my credit card as talking days and days to cancel a order is absolutely ridiculous , they waited till it sent to get back and say sorry it's sent.
I do not recommend using this company at all and do your research first.

Great product

So far, not pleased and am not hopeful that I will enjoy the product once it's finally received after reading these reviews. I ordered on 12/17/24 and have still not received the product. I contacted customer service just to be told that there appears to be a delay and to continue monitoring my tracking #. Thank you that was incredibly helpful 😒 Should have read the reviews from here first, but I guess you get what you pay for. I didnt want to shell out the 800 for a Dyson. Will update my review if I ever get the product and it works.

Do not buy! The 30 day return guarantee is a lie, you can't return an opened and used device. Even when not opened they delay giving details of how to return until you aren't eligible as the 30 days has timed out. I'm now challenging the payment through my credit card in the hope of a refund and reported to trading standards as a complete scam. Don't risk it!
