It was great to have someone who knows the places to organise the best within our budgets and also in a timely manner. The app, where we had all the information by day was also super useful and helpful to not loose track of all the flights, transfers, activities. In addition to it, Annie was always there to assist us with whatever questions we had and nicely making sure we have everything we need and have a good time. We had great experience with everything that was organised for us, except a small hiccup with the transfer on arrival that did not show up, however Annie organised another one for us quite quickly. The Lofoten northern lights tour, the photography tour, the ferry from Lofoten to Tromso, the Tromso night boat tour were great and we saw twice the northern lights, which was a long dream of ours. The Sami experience and reindeer was not on the level of our expectations. We had the impression that we will meet group of Sami people with their traditional clothes and lean a bit more about their customs, hear their singing and sit for dinner with them after feeding the reindeers. Instead we were sitting for dinner with tourists, there was only one Sami person in traditional clothes who did not sit with us or talk with us, you could see and feel it was the minimum done to just take some money and it was not enjoyable. There was no place to wash hands after feeding the reindeers before our dinner, there was no explanation on what is their traditional food and why, the chocolate browny was like from a supermarket and you could see they don't care. The only nice thing was feeding the reindeers. However the price is not justified what you get at the end. Probably there are better places that offer similar activities but that you really feel this people enjoy to welcome people and spend time with them and explain about Sami people.

A stunning and unexpectedly wonderful 5 days in Iceland. Not normally ones for fully 'planned' holidays, we opted for Magnetic North due to our inexperience of travelling in extreme winter conditions such as those in Iceland during February. After a fair bit of research, we chose Magnetic North Travel and from the outset, Yasmin and Laura were extremely helpful and very willing to help with any queries.

The MN App works very well and the presentation of the itinerary, flight information, weather was very well illustrated and user friendly. Communication with the group was first rate and every query answered in minutes.

The holiday itself, 2 nights in Reykjavik and another 2 at a 'wilderness hotel' was unique and unforgettable. Excursions were immaculately planned and we enjoyed it all despite harsh conditions at times - all part of feeling challenged and alive! We swam in hot pools every day and really recommend experiencing both the popular tourist venues and more 'local friendly' thermal pools as each is a unique experience.

Yasmin and Laura from Magnetic North, genuinely went out of their way to provide us with an amazing holiday. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended the travel company to family and friends. Thank you - MN!

Very attentive, always at the other end of the phone to help with anything. Went to Tromso, Norway from Dublin, Ireland and on to Aera Lodges, Skittenelv...cabins in the snow overlooking the Fjord. Stunning location.

We usually travel independently but we had limited time for a trip to Northern Norway and a lot we wanted to cram in so decided we needed some help. I'm so glad we used Magnetic North. Laura was great at helping us work out how to make the best use of our time, and how to combine activities without exhausting ourselves. Almost everything worked completely smoothly, and Laura was super responsive in assisting with the only minor issue that arose. I am sad to be home, but have some special memories and would definitely use MN again.

Annie made planning and booking our Nordic Honeymoon so easy. She was responsive, detailed, and answered ALL of our questions. She took my wife's wants and dream of a honeymoon and made it a reality. We had the best trip and when we go back to the Nordic countries - would definitely use Annie/Magnetic North again!

Annie went to a lot of trouble to ensure every aspect of our holiday in Finland met our needs. From finding flights from our local airport and suitable 3 bedroom accommodation that could cater for vegetarians to tailoring our daily activities according to our preferences.
Everything ran very smoothly and I can throughly recommend Magnetic North.

Laura was absolutely fantastic at arranging our trip for a special 60th birthday. She listened to what we wanted and put together a package to match our desires. Despite flight changes and having to alter accomodation, together with inclimate weather and cancellation of trips, Laura was quick to offer and book alternatives. If I was going to go North again (to see the lights that eluded us this time) I would absolutely use Magnectic North again.

We had a great time, everything was organised for us by Laura as well as various activities. All went smoothly without a hitch. We don't do many package holidays but this is the second time we've done so with Magnetic North and I would definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

We have just returned from our incredible trip to Lapland, which was all thanks to Laura at magnetic! inari was magical, exactly what I imagined and more. I would never have found it without Laura’s patience and guidance.

Great advice on resorts, well planned itinerary, lots of communication and available for support even during unsociable hours. Really prompt replies to emails, helped us check in online and found out lots of information regarding the resort for us. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use Magnetic North again when we visit Finland.

My wife, Dawn, died suddenly on the 20th December 2023, leaving me I am now the single parent to a six-year-old daughter, Aurora

That year, we had planned to take Aurora on a trip to see Santa in Lapland, but with a combination of her passport needing to be renewed and the planned public sector strikes in the UK, we had already decided to wait until 2024 when tragedy struck

With Aurora's passport renewed, I found and decyphered Dawn's notes on our planned trip. Magnetic North was at the top of her short list of providers. I had always trusted her judgement and, once again, I was right

Magnetic North planned everything and got everything right. The combination of the Magnetic North app and the personal rep meant that we had complete confidence in the flights and connections

Aurora got to meet Santa in Lapland, play with husky puppies, learn to ski and have a snowmobile ride - just as her mother had planned. Aurora didn't manage to see an aurora, but even Magnetic North can't control solar activity

I would highly recommend Magnetic North Travel, this is our first time using them and things were perfectly smooth. The timing of the drivers and reservations made went like clockwork and we felt quite pampered. I was very impressed with their App and the ease of use. Annie hit it on the nose perfectly.

From start to finish, Laura has been faultless in helping us make a long term dream come true. Having approached her very last minute for a trip to Lapland with our 2 young children, Laura was not only able to meet our needs but provide an experience we didn’t know was possible. Laura very quickly founds flights, transfers, tickets to see elves, a reindeer ride to visit Santa and an experience where we could drive our own husky sled! The accommodation was also faultless, an incredible ski chalet with its own sauna and cabin with a glass roof.
I cannot thank Laura enough for providing my family with the most fantastic trip with memories that will last a lifetime.

What a fantastic trip ! Everything about our Circle Tour of Iceland was great. Difficult to pick out highlights but if I was forced I would go for the geysers, ice caving and whale watching....and then there were a couple of magical Northern Lights appearances. Iceland is a wonderful country and I can't think of a better way to experience such a wide variety of its amazing attractions.

Expert advice on all aspects meant all elements of our trip were outstanding. The itinerary, timings, accommodation and advice in between for eateries etc. the Magnetic North app had all our documents and itinerary, maps etc all in one place. I can’t recommend this company highly enough - it’s a whole different level of service for the travel industry.

What a wonderful holiday. Norway is beautiful and awe inspiring. Annie from Magnetic North helped us plan exactly what we wanted. The itinerary they provided was clear and user friendly. Magnetic North are efficient in every aspect from beginning to end, very knowledgeable and are always willing to listen to customer advise, queries etc.

Magnetic North Travel (MNT) provided outstanding commitment to my needs as client from the time of my first contact till the end of the trip and after. I provided MNT with an outline of the tours I wanted to do and my agent did absolutely everything else. She took my many changes of mind in her stride, researched them and then came back to me very quickly with brilliant solutions / suggestions. She then put the 3 tours (Finland, Arctic Coast Norway and Lofoten Islands Norway) together with stays at a bunch of other destinations into a very useful App which I could use offline. In addition to having all of my many tickets, vouchers etc, maps and the day by day details, the App included all of the detailed cycling routes together with tailor-made suggestions for side adventures such as hikes, alternative cycling destinations, beaches, museums, galleries etc. My agent also set up a WhatsApp group so I could post updates / photos / etc as the trip progressed. She responded very promptly to any post I made which gave me a strong feeling that assistance would be available quickly if I needed it. As it turned out, the trip progressed like clockwork and no assistance was needed.
All in all, this was an awesome trip of a lifetime thanks in no small part to the awesome agents at MNT .... and incredibly good luck with the weather.

Had a great time. Group of 4 cycling the Archipelago trail in Finland. Wonderful scenery. Great food. Very good accommodation. Perfect itinerary. The MN app is amazing. Good communication. Everything went well. We will use this company again.

A suggestion would be to arrange the first and last day with less time on the highway.
