Magoloft Avis 495

I placed my order on 31 December 2020. Magoloft confirmed the order and the payment £29.98 including the postage.No delivery was forth coming. Hence I sent them a email asking them for the purchase with the tracking No. advised to me on 02 January 2021. No response or reply to my emails sent to them. The Company is full of crooks taking people’s money and not delivering the goods. I demand a refund or the goods immediately. Even Amazon is adverting these types of Companies. They should block Companies like Magoloft from their list of sellers.

I ordered a hearing booster and was given a tracking no that did not work i sent a cnplaint and was given all this rubbish about covid i have never recieved my order so took it up with paypal to get my money back but they have sided with this crook outfit so will not be using paypal again.

I have been waiting since May for my order. It’s a small order but please do not encourage these traders. They keep you dangling by sending messages about COVID and transportation problems which was acceptable at first but all I get now are automatised messages.

This company is a con. They are crooks DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. I ordered some sealant spray for which I paid out £50.00p sterling and received nothing and that was 7 months ago. Repeated attempts to contact results in nonsensical automated responses or promises to refund but, guess what, nothing happens. STAY Clear of THIS MOB. They adverise through AMAZON so don't go near them via the route either.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Con artists. I ordered Furniture Silicon Protection Cover × 1 - are meant to be transparent, they are white. And after a couple of hours they fell apart. Shocking.

i ordered some waterproof tape after seeing it on Facebook. I had an email acknowledgement then a tracking number. The t/n was useless as i didn't know the courier and the ones i tried it on didn't work. THen i sent them some emails asking for delivery but had no response. So, i then went to Trust Pilot and after reading the reviews i accepted that the money was lost and i prepared to claim on Paypal through whom payment had been made. Paypal gave me 180 days in which to formally make a dispute so I decided to give Magoloft a month and sent them another email. Then this morning, the package arrived and it looked to be all ok. So i give them two stars for actually getting the stuff to me. If they had used a single trading name instead of the four and if they had responded to my emails and given me a carrier as well as a tracking number i would have given them more stars. The bottom line question is, 'would i buy from them again?' the answer would be 'yes, assuming i have credit card or Paypal protection and that it was for less than £25' I wouldn't risk a large order with so many others' bad experiences.

Scammed for £20 ......wish I’d have checked them out here first.
Seems I’m one of many.

Ordered some awning clips from a Facebook sponsored advert. Strong implication was ten per pack at £6.99 per pack. Wrong, was only one plastic clip per £6.99 pack. Delivery tracking does not work, no email or text message ref delivery as promised. Almost impossible to find a returns address. Utter and absolute rip off merchants. Do not be tempted to order from them.

Ordered for €55 a “tablet” for my grand-daughter with promises of all sorts of fun. What arrived in the envelope was a piece of cardboard one pen and a sheet with cut out letters.
So annoyed over this and with myself for not checking reviews before ordering.
Please don’t buy anything from them. They’re scam artists.

Ordered a Jet washer and like nearly everyone has said it was a load of CRAP.Not fit for purpose.
I was also fobbed off with all the excuses under the sun regarding refund I will now go through Paypal to see if I can retreive my money Although I am not holding my breath.

Don't order from this outfit. I ordered a large can of water sealant spray having seen their advert on Facebook. What arrived 6 weeks later was a tiny container the size of a nail varnish bottle. Will try and get my money back, can't believe I didn't look at these reviews before I ordered!! Complete scammers.

Like so many, I ordered the high pressure Nozzle which wasn't remotely high pressure. Went through the returns nonsense, which resulted in a refusal to accept return ( due to covid!) and various offers of refund - none of which was full. Turned them all down and passed it over to PayPal who, after much stalling by Magoloft, managed to get my full refund. Don't waste your time dealing with these con artists!!

Absolutely disgusted , I have ordered a high pressure water hose, and it says has reached Uk but problem with my address.
I have complained weekly, just receiving automated email with no information.
I wish I saw this complaint page before.
My first bad review, unless they contact me , I will proceed with other platforms.

Bought the bonding spray, very misleading advert, size shown throughout advert is NOT what you receive, won’t get my money back I’m sure but don’t ever buy from these scammers.

Ordered nail clippers, had to chase several times before eventually arrived. Poor quality and postage cost excessive. Trying to return for a full refund but website seems designed to obstruct and frustrate this action. Avoid this company at all costs is my advice.

Take your money quick enough, but goods don't arrive. Eventually I managed to get a tracking number from the company name that processed my payment but it is unrecognised. Learnt my lesson. NEVER order from Facebook adds. I should know better - this is the second time this has happened to me, although different company

Bought nail clipper set from FACEBBOK ad which showed good reviews (absolutely faked). The goods took 1 month to arrive and was charged £5 for postage on top of the purchase price of goods. The nail clipper set is very poor quality and after I commented on FACEBOOK my comment disappeared and I can no longer look at the item to check on my review. Only the faked positive reviews remain. Beware of company, I have requested a refund, let's see if I get a response.,

Ordered 2 sets of nail clippers etc .Despite one communication on 13 March saying delivery in progress these had not arrived by 24 March. Avoid at all costs

Bought nail clippers ,they never arrived
Got in touch with magoloft they said out of stock for at least 20 days so asked for my £18-98 refund
Which was returned to my card within 2 days
Having read all these bad reviews I seem to have been very lucky

Terrible farcical company - they imagine delivery attempts and refuse to acknowldege your instructions, very very slow at getting back to you and are simply setup to take your money and deliver nothing

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
