I ordered a toy for my daughter off of this site and it was terrible, badly made and completely unsuitable for the age group it was advertised for. I complained and wanted a refund in exchange for returning the toy, I was told I could not return the item and could have 50% of my money back. I replied saying this was unacceptable, and despite this and a further email sent by me I recieved no response. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so made an official request for a refund through PayPal explaining that refusing to refund online purchases was illegal, and the company suddenly were very keen to give my money back. I suggest anyone who paid with PayPal or their credit card go through them for a refund.

WOW! That was close! I was going to order some waterproof spray from this company......until I read the reviews 😳😳😳 What I want to know is, WHY, WHY, WHY do Instagram allow them to advertise on their site, as they are obviously dodgy!

What a con just bought a windscreen cover with magnets to hold it down. What turned up was a piece of cloth with no magnets ,no rear mirror covers and as thin as paper. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS RIP OFF MERCHANT.

I foolishly didn’t read these reviews before purchasing a mini video camera. I have been unable to make it work. Theres no phone number. They said they didnt want it back because of Covid but I could have 50% refund. After 4 further emails, they have not responded. DO NOT USE THEM!! I hope someone is clever enough to pursue them for breach of customer rights regarding returns or refunds.

I ordered a chrome 5 light floor lamp. Received some fake cheap Ray-Ban sunglasses. Wont hold my breath getting my money back. Luckily I was only robbed of £33.00.

Awful, false advertising, awful product and NO customer service.

This company have not answered me. They have taken £25 (inc delivery) and have given me a tracking number that doesnt work! I follow the link and the page is dead. They have not responded to my emails and i ordered this item 4 weeks ago! No answer, no refund, no order! Most crooked company i have ever heard of.

Very disappointed with my purchase of a folding desktop phone stand through Facebook ad! It is obviously a Chinese knock off and cost me three times what I could have paid! Just wish I had checked it out on Trust Pilot first. Lesson learnt, will not be ordering from this company ever again! First and only time I have been caught out and as I said, never again!!!

Ordered tap spray. Absolute rubbish it broke after a couple of uses.

Felt I had to write a review despite not having ordered anything from them.
I noticed that the advertising video contained a blurred out banner so most likely stolen from a legit company.
I wasn’t surprised to see the comments on here.
I shall add them to the mounting list of disreputable companies to avoid, only two of which I have fallen for.

Placed an order on 5 Dec 20....still waiting for part to arrive. Very quick to take payment but impossible to get in touch with. Just some stupid automated message. AVOID!

I would like to thank all the people that take time to write reviews on these sort of sites, have just saved me nearly £200 as I got a bit carried away lol . Truly can't thank yous enough, will stay well clear xxx

I ordered the scouring sponges with handles. Not what I expected at all.
Just used it on my frying pan and it didn’t do the job.Overpriced by about £5 I would say and I bought 2. What an earth was I thinking.I doubt I’ll get anywhere asking for a refund reading others peoples reviews .

I ordered a hex drill bit to split fire wood. I don’t think it would split cotton wool, let alone wood. No instructions, and could actually be quite dangerous, as when it finally went into the wood, it span it around before getting stuck in the wood, without splitting it. Tried to reverse out, but the bit just became detached from the drill and remains stuck in the wood. Shame, the idea and video looked good. Should have known not to order from a random advert on Facebook.

One star is far too many points. They sent me a damaged product that didnt even look much like what I had ordered. Product totally useless and once I had supplied my photographic evidence, order number etc they have since continued to totally ignore my messages. Messaged via various methods and yet still no reply or refund. Almost £30 down the drain. This company is a scam!! Avoid at all cost

This company is a total rip off. I was told the item had been despatched, the parcel number did not exist, the enquiry line just goes round in circles. No customer service at all, parcel still not arrived. Luckily i did get a refund from my credit card. If I could give minus rating that would be too good.

This is a con they don't answer your questions they asset you by feeding you stories ordered 2 mini cameras from them already 14 days no reply they don't even give you the company to call for tracking do not buy anything from them

I ordered two of their 3 in 1 tape measures. They arrived but both were broken. Magoloft has thus far not refunded me. Firstly, they said they would only refund 5% if it was the case that was damaged, which was not the the case in either of mine. Now I just get an automated shipping delays email. Do not buy from this company. Even if they worked, the quality is shocking.

Update: I posted a link on their Facebook page to their reviews here and they have now blocked me from commenting. They have still not refunded me.

This has the same address as Gogomore Chinese company with address in Essex trading as Labalu. Dreadful service, no sensible replies to emails, difficult to contact. Use Hermes, can track order thru them but never gets any further than dispatched date to Hermes.
Don't buy from
