This is a Chinese Company sending out inferior goods. With no intention of refunding you. I ordered a light up writing tablet and got a white plastic board with number stencils. These Chinese companies say they are based in the UK but they are not Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered a HIRUNDO New Electric Cleaning Brush and was informed that it was on its way on 10th November with a tracking number. The tracking information (in Chinese!) showed it hadn't gone anywhere since 15th November with an alert indicating it may not have made it through customs and had been returned to sender.

Sent a detailed email (with info from the tracking information) asking for a refund. Got a reply asking me to pick a category from a list. I replied, picking a category, repeating the original info. Got a reply "We are sorry that our size is not to your satisfaction" plus other irrelevant waffle. I replied asking them to actually read my email. Nothing heard since.

Hopefully I can get a refund from my credit card company.

Please don't fall into the trap of ordering from this scam outfit!

I ordered a spin scrubber. Absolute rubbish. Parts don’t fit together so can’t even be assembled. No way to contact them - website takes you round in circles and no returns address. This item cost me £44 with the postage.

In common with many many people we ordered the brush and only received useless replacement heads. Contacted the company and guess what - ignored. Do not buy from them. I have reported to Trading Standards and Amazon who allow them a platform.

when arrived I opened the parcel and the box was empty this was MEANT AS A Christmas present
I have emailed magoloft got told to take a picture of the empty box, did so and sent it to them had no reply since.
THIS HAS PUT ME OFF ORDERING OFFLINE FOR GOOD !!!

Should have checked with you first regarding this so called company before wasting my money!!!! Bought a Draw With Light for my grsndson. Absolute cheap plastic rubbish, 2

Item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks so I contacted the company to cancel my order. They replied the same day and refunded me through PayPal within a couple of days. So although I cant comment on the product at least communication was good and refund swift.

Ordered the Hurricane Scrubber after seeing the advert
Received after two weeks and followed the charging instructions ie 20 hours before using.
Switched it on to try it out in the shower room and within two minutes the unit was out of charge
Tried again and the same thing happened
Totally useless
Will not buy anything from this company again

Magoloft is a rip off Sends out lesser goods than what was ordered and refuse to answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a light up drawing /writing tablet for my 3 yr old grandson ,l received a cardboard sheet of letters ,l have emailed several times no response , ripped off by £24.99 absolute disgrace ,wish l had read the reviews before l parted with my hard earned cash

How is this company still allowed to trade.
Sent me the wrong product.I have taken a case up with paypal but they will only give me full refund if i send
it back to china.Which means i will still be out of pocket as the cost of postage is high.They are sending the wrong stuff out knowing you will not bother to send it back.Please dont be a fool like me.

Absolutely a con ! My mother bought a tap extension and paid 10£ fitted it then fell apart ! It says you can pay by PayPal when you get to check out no PayPal. Utter crap ! Not fit for purpose!!! Buyers beware

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS bought what I thought was a can of waterproofing spray, the video advert looked great showed a can about the size of a large can of deodorant in reality what you get is a tiny bottle of liquid similar size to a small hand sanitizer bottle the liquid inside is rubbish and does nothing when I complained I was told I would have to pay the postage back to china or accept a 30% refund I feel totally ripped off. AVOID

One of the many Chinese outlets that masquerades as being in the UK. As a result delivery is very slow. They're also selling cheap tat at very high prices. Nothing of quality to be found here. Don't fall for it.

I foolishly didn't realise that this site is an 'on-line' sales site only...from china!
I purchased the 1080 HD Remote Surveillance Camera which at a good price took over 2 weeks to arrive.
The instructions were more than useless but luckily I managed to get it connected and 'semi' working via my iPhone.
I wasn't entirely happy with the image quality and I couldn't get the recording to work so decided to return it...there started another saga!
Eventually I got a full refund but with a struggle.
You have been warned...!!!

This company is a rip off specialist, first you don’t get what they advertise, second they keep you waiting for ages to deliver what you don’t think your getting, third they ignore your e mails. DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

⛔⛔⛔⛔I ordered the light development tablet and received it today.. Item WAS NOT in the box!!! It's the correct packaging with a cardboard version of the tablet inside! I've opened up a case with PayPal and hopeful to get a refund!! Please be aware!! ⛔⛔⛔⛔

Absolutely shocking!! Definitely do not buy this product. I bought this ' development tablet' as it looked great, kind of like a light box that you can draw on... This is not what i received. What i did receive is a flimsy paper stencil and a plastic pen with a dim light at the end £24.98 inc postage. Im absolutely gob smacked. I would absolutely 100% avoid this company with a massive barge pole. Absolute garbage

Do not buy from Magoloft they are not at all helpful and do not reply to e mails. I am left with a totally useless item which I cannot return as there is no address. Their customer service is non existent
