Beware of this company and the Owner. I will be suing him for bad workmanship, which has been brought to my attention by my tenants within 4 months of the work. I don't know if I can post the picture of the awful work on this platform
We booked a end of tenancy cleaning through their website. We paid online and received multiple emails confirming and reminded us the booking. They day of the cleaning nobody arrived. I emailed them and they had no record of the booking. I called them and they could not understand what had happened and how I paid online (they were not aware their website could collect payments). In the end, they could not provide a solution on time before giving our keys back and had to arrange a last minute cleaning with a different company. Then they could not refund me so I had to challenge the payment through my bank. I do not recommend this company and definitely DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.
I was really lucky to stumble across Lisa and Maid to Perfection - she is wonderfully natured and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Lisa has been cleaning for me for 6 months or so now and as well as deep cleaning the cookers, she has also helped with basket loads of ironing (thank goodness!).
The most wonderful part of knowing Lisa and her team are calling round is that we come home to a show house. I don't know how she does it all!
Her work is exemplary and she is such a pleasure to chat too when she calls. Even our two cats come out to say 'Hello' - that is until the hoover comes out.

Lisa cleans my retail kitchen weekly as part of my cleaning schedule. What she does in 4 hours is great. She is attentive to detail and very thorough.
Lisa did an amazing job of my bathroom and cooker- she made the impossible literally possible with some blinds that were so mouldy but she made them brand new. Already re booked
