I had a great experience booking my airline ticket
I had a great experience booking my ticket with Maitrip Travel. I would especially like to thank Lipika and Pritam for their excellent service.
I initially checked prices with Maitrip randomly, and while the first quote was higher than I expected, Lipika and Pritam were very proactive in following up with me regarding dates and pricing options. They stayed in touch, kept track of the fares, and eventually offered me a much more reasonable price that I was happy with.
What truly stood out was their dedication and commitment. Even though it was late at night, they maintained clear and prompt communication and managed to secure my booking around midnight. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure everything was confirmed smoothly. That level of customer service is rare and highly commendable.
I will definitely book my tickets with them again in the future and will gladly recommend them to my family and friends.
