I only intended to buy one bed, but ended up getting an extra ottoman bed and a set of chair made because the quality was good. strong and comfy. Delivery was also done on schedule, although always busy with orders.
I will gladly recommend majestic bed.

Brother Ziarab was very kind and courteous. I explained the kind of custom bed I wanted. We got what we needed and was delivered and installed under a week on our preferred date without any hassle.

I never write reviews but I think this time it really deserves it.
I ordered a sports car bed for my son from majestic car beds on Thursday 12th December 2024 after finding the same deal much cheaper than in other websites. While delivery time in most websites I found was between 2 and 3 weeks, Majestic Beds called me the next day (Friday) to arrange a delivery for the next day (Saturday). The bed was delivered on time so we could included as part as our Christmas presents. I also received a call the day after the delivery to ask me if I was happy with the bed and if I needed any help with the assembly. I told them that we would not open it until Christmas. When I opened it I noticed the bed did not come with any assembly instructions but I could find a video on YouTube of the exact model. The bed itself it's stunning. Well done guys.

I’m going for the truth here.
The side rails are unpadded bit of a shock if you sit down hard on the bed. It’s just wood with the material covered over it. No protection. Ouch hurts. So don’t be bouncing near the edge.
I’ve received the incorrect foot board. Still awaiting reply.
I would give the mattress a huge miss that comes with the bed. Cheap :(
Would I buy another one.
It’s 60% a No and 40% Yes as they look stunning.

A few nights in….
It’s painful getting in and out of the bed.
The raw hard wood on the side rails has caught the back of my legs and scraped my wrist. Under the material I can feel lumps and bumps. Not good if you kneel on them getting in and out of the bed.
I’ve sent pictures of my scraped wrist and after paying £500 I just want a refund.
It looks fab but it’s not.

New side rails and foot board arrived.
Wow staples hanging out
Still no correct padding on the sides that’s sufficient enough to stop you getting hurt.
I wish I could show you pictures.
It’s a mess.
Had a reply to say they will refund and collect.
They apologised.
Won’t answer and give me a collection date yet.
40% would buy again has gone down to below 0%

Communication is poor the company consistently changes prices I had been trying to order a bed for 3 days with poor communication due to lack of English spoken and when did go to order kept being told was £270 then £300 more money couldn’t stick to a price is a big scam if you ask me !👋🏻

No item sent by seller. and 3 weeks on I still have not received my money back. I have tried to email seller but they have not responded to my emails.

My item has not been delivered after a prolonged time and the company hadnt bothered to contact me so i contacted them eventually to be told that it will cost me £30 for delivery the issue wasnt the cost but when exactly they were going to let me know the reason why it hadnt been delivered, the guy on the other end of the phone said he will try and get a cheaper delivery cost but im not holding my breath.

Purchased a lovely bed, great price and quality. Have ordered from this company before and would do so again.

Product is a good solid bed, well made. They don't deliver to Jersey, but I had arranged a third party courier to make that leg of the journey. Good communication throughout.
