Car Bed Shop Avis 

Bit of a delay with delivery but Luke was responsive to my messages and kept me updated. He sent a complimentary duvet set with the bed to apologise for the delay which was really kind.

I ordered a bed from Carbedshop on 6th April, with a stated delivery time of 4–7 days. However, was well over two weeks late, with little communication throughout the delay.

When the bed finally turned up, The plastic on the front is damaged and clearly broken, making it unusable as delivered. On top of that, the assembly instructions were extremely unclear and difficult to follow, which made the whole process even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, parts were missing, specifically the F screws meaning I couldn’t even properly assemble the bed.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Late delivery, poor communication, damaged product, and missing parts. I would not recommend.

We bought this bed for our 5 year old as his bed for his first 'own' room': he absolutely loves it. The bed was relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions and on the whole we've had no issues and everything has meet expectations.

I was looking for a car bed for my son as we recently purchased a house and I wanted him to sleep alone in his room. I purchased one online and it turned out to be a small cot bed. I then looked online and came across the racer bed. The location address was close to me so I gave them a call and Farooq was very helpful and understanding of my situation , clearly helped me understand the size of the bed and whether it would fit in the room. He asked me to messsge what type of colour I wanted and literally was able to deliver the bed the very next day after confirming a date and time. I am so happy with the bed , I also requested that I wanted an invoice upon arrival and he listened. The quality of the bed speaks for itself. Although I should have bought a mattress with the bed I literally cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for your service and will recommend to others. Thank you

I’ve ordered a princess carriage bed from Car bed shop after been let down by a different shop . They sorted a delivery within couple of days .. As it was quite few boxes one got missed . They went above and beyond to get the last box delivered . Great shop amazing customer service . Thank you

We bought the 'ferrari' style grey bed, and live in a 3 storey house - the delivery men still took it up to the top bedroom, which was a massive help as we thought they wouldn't due to the extra set of stairs.
Customer service were amazing, kept us informed along the way, and gave accurate delivery timings too.

Would recommend to anyone, couldn't have had a better service at all!

Ordered children’s bed and mattress and for the company to do assembly. Thought something was wrong when the fitters put the mattress upside down so we could not see the name on the mattress…. Basically we ordered the best mattress £275 and they gave us the worst one which was worthless. They first said it was a mistake and they would resolve and replace. Now they offered a £30 discount. Which is ridiculous. Now they are not responding anymore so having to speak to the credit card company today they have mid-sold to get my money back. Don’t trust them, they tell lies, try to cover it up and then dont reply.

Child like the bed and looks impressive. Easy to fit and detailed instructions.
There is no hole give for bottom plastic base holder, when try to made hole wood was broken. Looks it is very sensitive.
But overall happy with the product from last 3 months :-)

Great, good quality bed .I purchased a racing car bed for my son a long time ago , and my son loves it . recently, I lost the bed remote key. I contacted the bed shop ,amazing professional customer service from Sumayya. She responded to my email and helped me find the replacement key. I am very happy that after so long, I still got the replacement key. I would highly recommend a car bed shop to anyone

Great bed and fantastic customer service from Luke. The bed my son wanted was out of stock for a while but it was definitely worth the wait. My 4 year old loves his bed. Delivery was prompt. Highly recommend. I ordered the white Lambourgini and the design, quality and finish on the product is outstanding.

Amazing customer service. The product i wanted wasnt in stock. I called to see if they could match the price for a more expensive car for my Autistic son who loves cars. They not only gave me a discount but threw in excellent quality bed covers for free. Delivered promptly. Would recommend to all, bed is excellent quality and so much fun and my son loves it!!!

Ordered a bed on the 27th of March to get a despatch email on the 28th. Turns out they didn't have stock of the bed even though their website said it was dispatched. No contact from them either by phone or email. Called them on the 9th for an update to only be told the obvious. They were quick to refund to their credit but I shouldn't have had to wait 2 weeks when you knew you didn't have stock.
