Disappointed and waste of money

Never had a better shave
So I’ve been subscribing to make my shave since the company started and there’s just not a better women’s razor out there. The quality of everything from the packaging to the razor heads just can’t be matched. The razors give the smoothest shave and are safe on delicate areas. I used to get horrible razor burn but I don’t with these razors. Aside from that, the customer service is amazing too! When I contacted them as I received a package where the razor heads popped out, not only did they replace them straight away they told me how to fix them. Cannot speak more highly of this brand. The fact that they’re also doing their part to reduce impact of this product on the environment just makes me feel better about my purchase.

Better for finer hair
This is my personal experience and it was not good, I had razor burn and it stung for days. I tried a few times and changed the razor head but it was actually not good for me. But this was my personal experience and it may be different for someone else. I was given a refund which is amazing for a business to offer that if it doesn’t suit you. Best to try out for yourself.

I love this brand
I love this brand! The razors are built so perfectly for shaving intimate areas. I was a bit nervous at first to try this subscription as I'd previously had a subscription with another company (and change is scary) but so glad I did. They feel better designed for women. The old razors use to nick me all the time. They're so very pretty and I love the built in shaving gel. I'd love to see more pretty accessory options!

Not great for me
Honestly, the product is well constructed, comes in cute packaging and was delivered quickly.
However, this shaver is absolutely useless for my thicker hair. It doesn't cut it and the blades are sooo close together there's no space for the cut hair to escape. I won't be buying it again unfortunately, I'll be going back to mens razors. For normal hair types or thinner body hair I can imagine it would be perfect.

Regarding your order, we’re sorry to hear that you found the delivery to be late. Your order was placed on 11th December and Australia Post confirmed that it was delivered on Friday 15th December at 10:29 AM.
After you reported your item to be missing, we raised an investigation with Australia Post. Their case findings confirmed that your parcel was delivered directly to your letterbox on the 15th of December.
While this investigation was still taking place, we sent you a second replacement package via Express Delivery at our own cost.
Our desire is always for our customers to have a flawlessly smooth experience and we are sorry to hear that you were impacted by the missing postal package.
