Above and beyond service.
Excellent products and service. After I had sent my order I was notified what I wanted originally was back in stock so sent email asking if could be swamped, to have them contact me by phone 5 mins later to inform me that they had done that for me and to check if it was right and I still received my products the next day . You can't ask for better service than that.

Hi Volodymyr,
We're sorry to hear you have not recieved your order. Upon checking.. I see that the address entered did not contain a house number, but just the street name. So this may have been rejected.
I also cannot see any record of you contacting our customer service ?
Could you please reach out to us there so we can resolve this for you!
