I’ve bought 250 ml of flavor concentrate that did nothing to my liquid. I had to buy another 250ml to try to fix the batch. Giving two stars only because I’ve written to them and they promised to look into the quality of that product. Not sure I will buy again.
I’ve been contacted by the customer service and they were very kind and helped my with is issue. Not many companies go the extra mile to try to help their customers.
