Great service from warda.
One issue that I found is that the company doesn't include/get ticket insurance or any mean for a refund during the ticket purchase. I missed my flight due to a car accident when I was going to the airport and I had to pay extra 1200 pounds.
So make sure you ask to add extra fee just in case you have same issue that I have.

I book an Umrah package with Makkah Tour (also operates as Seven Continents travel) for 2 weeks, including the last ten days of Ramadan. Many of us were going for the first time, so we needed the guide to help us through our first umrah and everything else. He gave us the time we would be meeting to start the Umrah, but never showed up...In fact he only showed up twice after that, ziyarat and trip to Madinah. We just paid for a guy to go do his Umrah for free and forget his duty towards us!! On the day of our departure to Madinah which was scheduled at midnight, he decided to change the time to 1pm and refused to budge even though that left us unable to join the Friday prayer (on Eid day) at the Haram. It just did not suit his schedule so we all had to do as told, it left many people upset. When I contacted Makkah Tour, they said they'd look into it but stopped responding after that. Awful service, below average hotels and food, and not a great experience at all.

The company seem to operate under different names, I did not know if I was dealing with Makkah Tours or 7Continental. ..
Agents are not true to what they promise or follows through.
Did not have good experience at all.
Will not be using them in the future thats for sure.

Got a fantastic deal to saudi Arabia yasir who got us the deal was excellent, his attitude and willingness to help us find the best deal was above and beyond. Asked him to change things all the time and he was very helpful and had a lot of patience.

This is second time i booked my tickets from them the price was excellent, and the person was very kind and honest, first we booked our tickets in Virgin Atlantic airways they suspended their flights MR Nadeem Gill manage the refund first and booked the tickets again with very reasonable prices l would recommend them for a good price and quick and easy service.

Alhamdulillah travelled with the family - which consisted of 3 under 10's - during the month of Ramadhaan, which also happened to be during the school Easter break.

Brother Ali Ahmed from Makkah tours/7 Continental assisted us and catered the best possible package for an extremely reasonable price. Constantly in communication to ensure everything is in place and to answer any questions we may have. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the booking process, payment, and throughout the travel, communicating via email and later via Whats App when in KSA.

A courtesy call a few days prior to departure to confirm details, including any changes in timings and confirmation of transportation in KSA was run through to make sure the travel was as promised.

Overall, I can safely say, my personal experience with Ali Ahmed and Makkah Tours was nothing short of being fantastic.

Mr Nadeem Gill made our package for umrah for us. He did a brilliant job. Our trip went smoothly from flights to transport. The hotels were near the two mosques and were very good. The cars used in transportation were comfortable and in great condition.

The services provided by Makkah Tour were amazing and they went above and beyond with everything. We had an such a smooth experience and transitioning from Medinah and Makkah. Five star hospitality throughout our stay at the two hotels. I will have to mention our agent Mr Ali Ahmad was absolutely amazing with his whole service and customer service. Any issues we had were resolved instantly and Ali was available whenever we needed him. We did occur an issue in Makkah for our stay but Ali was able to rectify and give us an amazing accommodation. Definitely recommend Makkah Tour and Ali for anyone who is looking to go Umrah or Hajj.
