We had an absolutely amazing experience booking our Umrah trip for 7 people with Al Haq Travels. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and the whole booking process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with great care and professionalism.

I booked a umrah package with Al Haq in May 2026. I made 90% of the payment by manual bank transfer as I was discouraged to use a credit card as they would charge a fee and the only other option to pay was manual bank transfer and a small 10% was still due. Looking back now that should have been the first red flag.
Following the booking Zainab the tour operator asked me for a review but I refused as I hadn’t travelled yet and would do on my return from umrah (2nd red flag).
A month later in June I was called to say the airline had cancelled the flights and I would have to purchase new flights (3rd red flag). I challenged this stating it is their responsibility to provide alternative flights. They told me this was not possible and I would get the flights payment refunded so I said once I got the refund I would purchase new flights to which they responded they don’t know how long it will take possibly between 30-60 days and I was due to travel in August. The new flights I was offered were approximately £200 pp more than the original flights and it was at this point I requested a full refund citing the law and Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
From this point I have exchanged over 100 e-mails, WhatsApp and calls to Al Haq with no positive response from them. The only thing they suggested I request cancellation and I will get a refund following a 40% cancellation fee which I refused as I had not cancelled flights the airline had.
When I was getting nowhere my sister who was also travelling got in touch with them and was advised by a team leader Zubair to provide medical evidence to state we are unfit to travel which we did at a cost of £30 only for them to say sorry they cannot refund the hotel cost. Our dates of travel came and went and obviously we didn’t go umrah. After continuous harassment on my part I finally received the flight refund on 15/10/2026 4 months after the flights were originally cancelled. I am still pursuing them for my hotel refund and will use all available legal and financial dispute channels necessary.
I have given a very shortened version of what happened but I ensured I would call, e-mail or watsapp Al Haq minimum 3 times a week to chase my money this was exhausting and time consuming and led me to go off sick from work. Everyone I share my story with were horrified that they call themselves Al Haq but they lie and they sell umrah packages yet steal peoples money. When I called them out on Instagram they removed my comments and blocked me that speaks volumes about the type of people they are

I had experience with these guys and they gave me prices for different packages; even though I have not made it this time, Zainab helped me a lot with tickets and other hotel prices, so thank you very much for your time in finding me prices.

Really poor service, misleading information and literally not recommended as they still money by providing low class hotels, transport where they charge for high class

Sister Zara at Al Haq Travel dealt with my enquiry and she was amazing from beginning to end. She was extremely polite and patiently answered all my endless questions. She searched tirelessly for quotes, never once being rude, aggressive or pushy. Even when I kept needing things added or changed on the quote, she was courteous and immediately searched for a new quote for me and gave me exactly what I requested. I didn’t make it easy for her by having an endless list of demands and requests in airlines or hotels or timings. I have to commend Zara on her professionalism and her commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service and ensuring the customer is happy. Even though I did not book it on this occasion, I will inshaAllah book with her in future for any forthcoming trips as her service was second to none. A huge JazakAllahu khairan Zara for your help with everything.

The company is very good I had a agent named Laiba who delat with me from start to the end, with very good prices for umrah packages including all transport from flights to ground transport in Saudi Arabia, hotel and breakfast, so i did not have any worries about anything, so helpful in adjusting the package to my financial needs, I would give them more than 5 star, Laiba was very patient with me even though I took ages to make changes

It was good experience talking to Zainab with Alhaq travels she was helpful and was good to answer all queries. Will recommend to all family and friends

We booked our Umrah package through Zubair at Al Haq Travel, and honestly, the whole experience was much easier than we expected. He was always available whenever we had a question and guided us properly at every step. Everything was well managed, and we never felt lost during the journey. His support allowed us to concentrate on our Umrah instead of worrying about travel arrangements. Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience speaking with Fatima from Al Haq regarding a direct flight to Bangladesh. She was incredibly professional, friendly, honest, and quick to respond to all my questions. Her customer service was excellent, and she genuinely went out of her way to help me find the best option.

Although I later found a cheaper fare on Trip.com and booked it myself, I was very impressed with Fatima’s professionalism and helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend Al Haq, especially Fatima, for her excellent service and commitment to customers.
