Sister Zaynab was very professional and extremely flexible in order to accommodate my wishes. She went back and forth trying to make everything perfect for our booking. I cannot comment on the actual journey as we didn’t book for personal reasons.

I finally found a travel agency who…
I finally found a travel agency who actually looks after people on low budgets. I was planning on booking my holiday with Huda who was very helpful and found quite a lot of deals with them. Very calm, kind and professional service has been offered to me and I would always book with them. Now I know to request a holiday first and get a confirmation then give Alhaq travel a call. If you are looking to go for holidays please give this agency a chance to prove that they are there for you unlike other agents just want your money and not look for deals suitable for your budget. Huda was so helpful and understanding and I’ll always book with Alhaq from now on. I don’t have any words to describe how good and amazing Huda has been.

Huda she was so patient with me throughout the whole process and took the time to explain everything in detail. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about my booking. I'm so happy with the service I received. The package she found for me was very affordable compared to the prices I had been quoted for separate flights and hotels. I will definitely come back to this agency for future umrah and will happily recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for such excellent service!
