Please BE CAREFUL FROM THIS COMPANY... WE BOOKED OUR HAJJ IN JAN 2020... the pandemic started and we emailed them for updates.. Got false promises that our money is safe and we will get full refund... Come july... We don't hear anything besides us emailing them several times. Finally end of Aug we hear from Usman giving us false promises again and saying he will keep £200 per person as 'admin fee' (we paid £4000 in total). We were very upset and had to call him several times to get hold of him. Spoke for over 1hr and AGAIN he promised that he will refund us before 15th Jan 2021. Today he emailed us saying he can't refund and to contact amother company THEY made our booking with... We signed our contract with makkah tours/ 7 Continents Travel... Not with company he told us to contact....

I booked with Asif from Makkah tours in June last month so that my family and I could go to umrah in December . I booked everything with them from flights to hotels to transfers , I was reassured by Asif that everything was booked to my needs and wishes, however there was a little anxiety on my part as this was the first time I had used this company .
Finally December came and we went on this amazing pilgrimage, to Medina first , put hotel was amazing , , Golden Tulip near the prophets mosque just we had asked .Basically everything was amazing , everything was booked according to what we asked for , Asif did a fantastic job , thank you . We will be recommending this company to family and friend and inshallah using them again .

Alhamdulillah we booked our flights on the 4th of May to go to jeddah through budgetair for the Christmas period.
Once we have booked the flights we were searching for hotels. One of my relatives and several advertisements advocated to book the hotels via makkah tours. The agent Ali (komali) gave a quote, however, the quote exceeded our budget. After transferring us to his manager who then reduced the price we book through Ali who promised us le meridien for 9 nights in makkah from the 21st of December and 6 nights in Madinah for saja al Madinah for £3300 for 2 quad rooms with breakfast. We payed £400 deposit over the phone. This transpired on the 15th of May.
Once deposit was paid we received an email which had an attachment that required us to confirm the details were correct. We filled the application and received the booking confirmation from Ali.
The price makkah tours offered was inexpensive in comparison to other travel agents, however, we were cognizant from the very beginning of the cunning procedures some of the travel agents endeavor, hence I contacted Ali frequently to ensure the rooms are booked as soon as possible.
He would postpone the date every time I rang and constantly apprised me, "brother, I wish that you have a good umrah too. I am a Muslim, everything will be booked there is no need to worry."
He also constantly mentioned that "we are waiting for the promotions brother."
After months of conversing with Ali, on the 15th of October we asked to speak to the manager, however, we were then transferred to another team member who informed us that we will no longer contact Ali, rather speak to him instead.
We spoke to him on several occasions. He and Ali had 2 things in common, they would postpone and repeatedly lie.

Eventually on the 5th of November, less than a month and a half to go we receive an email from Ali saying, "The Senario is that Your Prefer hotel Le meridian Makkah Hotel Is not Coming up we try to book but that is Going to Switched To Le Meridian Tower Makkah. So if you Have Any Other Option In Makkah Please Let Us Know.
And Your Madina Hotel Saja Al Madina Is CONFIRMED."

During the Christmas period the hotel pricing is deer and with only one and a half months to go the prices were exorbitant.
Albeit makkah tours was at fault with their fraudulent and treacherous techniques, they insolently forwarded a few prices of hotels which were almost double of what was available online through trivago.
The impudency to offer a 4 star Hotel for an extortionate price albeit it was their blunder was abhorrent.
The prices in May were much cheaper than the prices in November yet they were not willing to compromise nevermind compensation.

Please eschew this company all costs

Brother Sheroz Ali helped me out throughout my whole journey. I can not describe how helpful he was all the way through the end. The customer service I received from Sheroz was second to none. Kept me up to date in regards to everything, whilst I was out in Makkah and Medina, he would stay in touch and ask if everything is okay.

I would definitely be using this company again next time, inshallah, and asking Sheroz to deal with the whole thing again. Cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for them, especially Sheroz. Thank you once again Sheroz.

SAM KHAN was the agent who dealt with my booking for Umra. Stay in Makkah was alright and as mentioned, the hotel was fine.
whereas stay in Medinah was poor, price charged was more than what was being charged on booking.com. I trusted them and went with booking but when I checked on the same day, found out booking.com was cheaper and I went back to them asking that they assured me the best price and why they stitched me and told them that cancel my booking but they said it is non-refundable and I was told that I should have checked the price myself before booking. I was told the hotel was 5 star whereas it was 3 star and when I stayed there it was even lower than 3 star. Room was not very clean.
I would recommend everyone not to trust these agents, do your own research and find a better deal.

Having reverted to Islam recently, went for umrah in sept 2018 with family and great hotel and transportation, Makkah Tour made sure everything went perfect and organised from the transfer from airport to Makkah. Will be using them on my next journey.

Very good communication skills and gives personal touch and care when dealing g with customer and remembers their choices as well. Very polite but well spoken. I will give his customer service 5 stars.

The hotels are minutes away from Holly Mosques, clean rooms, helpful staff and blenty of delicious breakfast. Br Farhan, has seriously thought about us and our needs. Definately recommended. I literally booked an Umrah package with Makkah Tours weeks before I flew out. This was my very first trip to Makkah, Madinah and Mr Haidar was exceptionally helpful in making sure I had what was required to ensure me, my mother and two sisters had everything sorted (flights, hotels, visas, transport, etc.) in good time before the trip. Very affordable prices. The Tooting, London based office also sped up the Visa process for me as I required one of the passports back before the travel and they gave me a date of return and stuck with it! I was very appreciative with the service as they constantly kept in contact with me to ensure I’ve had my hotels and transport sorted whilst I was out there. There were a few last minute changes in the package as my family wanted to stay an extra night in Jeddah and Makkah Tours was very flexible with this and arranged and advised accordingly.

Hotels were in prime locations and very good quality and good price. Very good Personal transport service for me and my family to travel between Jeddah, Makkah & Madinah.

If I was to mention one point of improvement, it would be to have been a little bit more informative on best way to perform Umrah before confirming the package, as it was my first time, I had a bit of confusion due to the meeqhat points and entering the state of Ihram. This knowledge could of course be seeked elsewhere, but would be nice to know at this stage, as you would need to arrange your trip around this if you were planning to go to Makkah straight away or stay a night or 2 in Jeddah first.

The trip was for 9 days and was sensational! Would definately use Makkah Tours again for my next trip there Inshallah!

i booked my umrah package with the agent Mr Tanveer. He arranged everything for us according to our desired requirements. His way of working was professional and He kept in touch with us till the last moment. The price which he committed with us remains the same till the last day. He arrange the transfers for us in Saudi Arabia which was Excellent, we were provided by GMC american car which was brand new and the driver was always on time to pick us and the driver was cooperative and professional.
