I don't know what I did differently to all the bad reviews. But I ordered some medik8 serum. Then I saw all reviews so panicked. I emailed and got a response straight away and a few days later received my product. It did take a while but I did receive it.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but the appalling customer service I’ve received from this company leaves me no choice.
I placed an order worth £130 and paid for next day delivery, as the items were intended as a gift. That was over a month ago. Not only did the items never arrive, but I’m still waiting for a refund—despite having cancelled the order more than two weeks ago.
I’ve had to chase them repeatedly via email, and every single time it’s been me initiating contact.
There has been zero accountability, and frankly, I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are quick to take your money, but shockingly slow to deliver—or refund—when things go wrong.

Scam company. They don’t respond to emails and the phone number listed on their website is not working. They’ve conveniently turned off the ability to comment on their socials too.

ordered 2 items - told after a week one item not in stock. offered to replace with alternative item. Waited a further 2 weeks to receive the items only to find had replaced both my items without notifying me, a brand I had never heard of! Asked to return both only to be told I will have to cover postage cost's myself for Items I had not ordered! AVOID!

Take your money and don't deliver goods. Now ignoring my emails. Lost almost £100!!!

I give one star because I have been a loyal customer for a long time now. I have not had an issue up until now but I am so upset by how I have been treated by Daisy and Hollie I have to warn others before parting with money.
My issue was quite minor. One of a batch of 2 Colour Wow products was sent incorrectly. As the company do not offer returns labels I needed to post the incorrect product back. However, I am still awaiting £2.99 to clear after 6 days! Male-skin clearly don’t trust
me to make a return and I don’t trust them to pay postage so stalemate. I emailed asking for the postage to be paid and eventually was told that ‘kindness costs nothing’! Well of course in business transactions there is no room for kindness and what a patronizing comment. Totally unprofessional. They have now invoiced me for £2.99 postage (still not paid to me) and incredibly 84p for the difference in the product. I cannot believe this! If I ran my little business like this I would be ashamed and more importantly out of business. Please take care with Maleskin.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The reviews about how bad they are is an understatement.I ordered two products on Dec 1/2024 one product arrived with a note to say they had run out of product and will be sent asap!
Two weeks later approx I got contacted them, the excuses just a whole load of VERBAL DIARRHOEA!!!!!!! for next month approx .I will never buy from this company again if I could give minus 10 stars it would, still not be enough

Same as other people. Promised delivery within a certain timeframe (I needed it as a gift on a specific date) and when it didn’t come they refused to cancel the order or pay for return postage. Wish I had read these reviews. AVOID

Do not use!!!! Selling items they do not have in stock when labelled in stock online!
Very poor customer service!
Been waiting 3 weeks to be told could be another week!
Asked for refund and been waiting 1 week for response already!

Really disappointed that this company allows you to order goods & pay for them when they don’t have them in stock!
Website is also misleading, says 2-3 days delivery… this only works if they have the product in stock to dispatch!!
Placed order on 31st September, money cleared from my account on 1st October, refund requested on 15th & I’m still waiting! I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Do NOT buy from this company - fake goods!

I bought my favourite Molton Brown eau de toilette and shower gel as a gift set. When the package eventually arrived (I received emails claiming they were out of stock and there were delays from the supplier!) I used the eau de toilette it smelled awful and the shower gel had very little smell.

I Googled the company and found terrible reviews on Trustindex and realised my goods had to be fake. I contacted Maleskin who said I could return it and they would send it to Molton Brown to assess it. Mmmm, not convinced I spoke to Customer Services at Molton Brown, who confirmed (in writing too) that Maleskin are NOT a supplier of their brand and I was not the first to contact them.

The company agreed to refund me, which they did, but only because I threatened them with reporting them to my bank and the police.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
