Still waiting for my item 3 weeks later. AVOID!!!! They’ve taken my payment and keep fobbing me off with stock problems, it’s all BS. This is a fraudulent company and the email address is a personal one. Do not buy from them.

Update 3/2/24
So I got a reply from Daisy who said she’d cancel my order and issue a refund. That was on 25/1/24 and I’ve just had a notification from Clearpay to tell me my next and 3rd installment must be paid! Why am I still being charged when I’ve never received the goods and they know this?! Also, they gave me an excuse that the item I wanted was out of stock with the supplier - well I’ve ordered through another company and recieved it right away. Appalling company. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t believe I didn’t read reviews first. Same experience as most people here, ordered item that was then out of stock because of issues with manufacturer and apparently they have a shop (not sure where this actually is) which is why they can’t keep stock levels accurate. Refund was offered but then no sign of it for more than a week and no response to communication. One star for actually providing refund when threatened with dispute being opened via bank.

Should have a ZERO rating. Wish I’d read before ordering. Ordered Tom Ford 3 hours ago & got an “apologies out of stock/discontinued” email from ‘Lucy’. Have informed American Express but fear they’ve got away with scamming yet again - also use MMUKMAN & mmukman.shop.
CREDIT WHERE IT’S DUE - KICKED OFF AND THEY HAVE REFUNDED THE MONEY.

Placed an order which took 4 weeks to arrive, they continously lied that the Item was sent out and then just arrived one day.

I opened a dispute and was refunded the money - Once the product arrived , I sent it back as I was refunded the money by my bank.

I emailed them to let them know what happened and they asked if I could remove my bad review and that they will accept the dispute - just got news today that they rejected the dispute so I have to pay for an item that I returned to them and now they wont respond.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY - DISHONEST COMPANY WITH LOADS OF EXCUSES AND NO REPLIES

I placed an order on the 13th Dec. I had to chase on the 27 th as it as had not arrived . Still not arrived by 2nd Jan, asked for refund and still not had, 15th Jan.

I ordered some good on the 13/12/23 was told there was a delay as so many orders for Xmas, contacted them as no goods received I was told they had been dispatched, Xmas came and gone still no goods, I was then told that the manufacturer was behind on production and I would get a refund, that was on the 3/1/24 up to date I’ve had nothing from them, they now have had my money for 2 month, email them again 15/1/24 so let’s see what happens ! Would I use this company again NO would I recommend then NO they just take your money then fob you off

I have shopped with Maleskin on a few ocasiona now, the communication when the order has been placed was exceptional! There was a slight issue with my order (out of stock) that was quickly resolved by the Maleskin team. I will continue to order from their web shop especially when they have their frequent promotions and sales!

This is not completely legitimate in my view, something wrong and I think it’s to the customers detriment. I ordered 2 items for delivery. They were the usual items I order and on this occasion Maleskin shop offered the best price. Placed order and paid and then received an email saying 1 of items no longer in stock and offered a substitute. Companies generally do not allow orders to proceed at the time of transaction for items they do not have in stock, the web interactions generally say out of stock before ordering! I declined the substitute and asked for the 1 product they had in stock and a refund for the other via the email they had sent me. They acknowledged this and I received the 1 item in stock. I am now waiting for the refund for the other item. I am now emailing them asking where the refund is but the email address which worked very well while offering a substitute is no longer responding to my requests. I have asked three times for the refund and the last two chasers have gone unacknowledged. It appears the company going by the name MaleSkin shop are offering products and discounts to entice customers to purchase whilst not having items in stock and then trying to swap off substitutes. I will not order again and do not recommend anyone use them. Update. They acknowledged my email and I have now received a refund but way too many issues to have me recommend this company. I’ve upgraded my score from 1 star to 2 stars.

Terrible reviews. Terrible shopping experience only 2 items from my order arrived 6 missing!. Not well packaged. Hoping to reach a quick resolve in time for my partners birthday. Please help Daisy!!!!

Updating review - as they have now refunded the amount. They have been extremely communicative throughout but unfortunately unable to fulfil the order in time for Christmas.
Perhaps a case of far more orders than expected and no guarantee of arriving before Christmas. As it was a gift for someone I couldn’t wait really.

I’m afraid i am in the same position as everyone else on here. Ordered on Black Friday and not received anything.
I have had emails from Lucy, but not a date of when it will be delivered and I’m now pretty doubtful it ever will be … so disappointing, especially at Christmas when things are already tight for people. Really wish I’d checked trustpilot first! Which is what I would normally do with a business I haven’t heard of before.

4th Dec - I placed my first order from the maleskin.co.uk site as it appeared to be a legit site at first sight. Jack Black Hair gel was listed as in stock so was happy that I would receive them quickly and I received a confirmation email from maleskin.co.uk that day.
7th Dec – No shipping email etc but I did receive an automated email from Lucy saying busy after Black Friday and warehouse trying to catch up etc. So it still seemed ok and I just waited.
12th Dec – I had heard nothing so I logged into my account to check the status of the order and the order was nowhere to be seen. I then checked my confirmation email and followed the link which redirected me to another site called maleskin.shop which I have never used before. This got the alarm bells ringing. This site did have a record of my original order saying 'We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent'. However, they don’t even have the product showing on the maleskin.shop site. I then emailed maleskin.co.uk to ask the status of my order and received no reply.
13th Dec – After reading all the other negative reviews for maleskin.co.uk and maleskin.shop (which are clearly the same scammers) I emailed again asking for my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. I received a reply to my email from the 12th from Hollie saying delays with the wholesaler so they didn’t have any stock and did I want to cancel for a refund. I said yes and asked for the full refund. Later that evening another email from Hollie saying ‘Your refund has been issued and is processing. Refunds can take 2-4 working days to show on your account however from my experience it usually shows within 24 hours.’
14th Dec –Still no pending refunds showing in my bank account and to be honest I don’t believe I’ll ever see a refund from them so I’m raising this with my bank as a dispute. I’ve done a bit more digging and these two companies I’ve mentioned above appear to also be connected to yet another company MMUK (mensmake-up.co.uk) who have exactly the same negative reviews. As other have mentioned, the customer service emails are well written and polite but I would seriously avoid using them. How are these dodgy companies allowed to continue operating as they are clearly scammers !

Very very very poor. Products probably stolen from hotels. I ordered Elemis xmas cracker. It arrived flat packed and without the correct markings. No detail of what was inside. So not legit. A craft make up which you couldn’t even make! The contents were completley wrong I was supposed to get a 50ml body lotion, a 20ml night cream and a glass pot of balm. Got three minature tubes I get in vitually every hotel I stay in.
This was supposed to be a Xmas gift. It’s absolute rubbish and wrapped in bubble wrap. Not in tissue paper like Elemis products. Complete fake!
Lucy said to return at my expense.
Would cost me more than the products are worth to return them and assuming from these reviews I wouldn’t get a refund anyways.

My go to now for skin care products. Competitively priced. Good service. Would recommend.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Maleskin. I’ve ordered products twice and on both occasions had no issues whatsoever, and saved a fortune in the process!
I will definitely be ordering from them again 😁

I’ve placed three order with Maleskin now after I decided I wanted to start using Elemis, and found by far the best value from this site. Each transaction has been seamless and delivery has been within three days. I will definitely be making a repeat purchase.
