I was very disappointed with the mum to be hamper I ordered for my daughter, especially the baby balm which had an unpleasant texture and smell. The other items were poor quality too.

My friend was pleased when the gift arrived but I am disappointed she did not get the Lovely Mama to be gift card I personalised with a message as ordered and promised otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

Unfortunately I have still not received my order and have messaged Mama Jewels serval times on different platforms and have not had a response. I hoping that when/if my order is delivered my opinion on Mama Jewels changes as I was very excited to order the product at the time.

There were a few items that didn't arrive in the craziness of the beginning of lockdown and the unprecedented level of parcels that were being sent via Royal Mail.
