Took a while to set up
Took a while to set up the app lots of questions some I felt were not needed. I messed up so had to call them they answered call very quick and problem sorted in no time.
Took a day or two for my money to reach my account with no reference to say my deposit was pending. All set up now deposit made will have to see if it can outperform the markets.

Dislike
-min premiums are too high. 200pm is too high would do a regular if it was 50pm
-time to get my money invested took about 2wks, way too long. I can do it with fidelity instantly.

Quick and easy
I was able to open my account without any trouble and quickly. Consultant on phone was really helpful to guide me through the process and what to expect next. Thanks to the team to get me all set up.
