Mark Sullivan is amazing! I received 1 on 1 tutoring from Mark and it is due to him that I was able to score a 710 on the GMAT. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a phenomenal teacher. If you want to improve your score there is truly nobody better.

Excellent GMAT prep course. Instructs you on the strategic approach to do well on the exam. The foundations are obviously a prerequisite for any exam. The instructors are thorough and real subject matter experts. In addition, your improvement is directly related to completed assignment hours.

This was an excellent program! I started studying for the gmat, but would always lose motivation after a few weeks or months, at best. The first thing I noticed when I enrolled in Manhattan Prep was the structured approach to the different concepts encountered on the test. Keith is an amazing instructor. Knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to take the time to help and go the extra mile. Have recommended this program to friends already.

Very comprehensive material. I will just say that there is SO MUCH material, that I wish I had a "academic advisor" I met with in the beginning to understand all the material and resources available to me- at times, it was overwhelming to navigate.

I took the Manhattan Prep Live (On-Line) Prep Course and did tutoring with Josh Yardley. I cannot recommend him enough as a teacher, coach and tutor. He is able to not only able to teach the material in a way that is clear and impactful, but he also has a unique ability to communicate it in a way - with examples, demonstrations, probing questions - that unlocks true understanding and growth with his students. He is able to quickly identify strengths and weaknesses in his students, will push you in all the right directions and does it in a way that actually matters for the GMAT. He doesn't waste time with things that don't matter on test day and pushes you to focus on the strategies and content that will move the needle. My ability (and scores) grew incrementally with each session with him. It is because of him that I was able to go from mid-500s to 730 in a matter of 4 months. He is patient and thoughtful and goes above and beyond to support his students. I can't recommend him enough and if you do choose to work with him, you are in very good hands.

I have nothing but great things to say about Manhattan prep!

I initially wanted to sign up for their in-person classes, since the standard one-on-one method always worked best for me. However, due to the pandemic, my classes were moved online only a week after they started. I was afraid the online course would not be as effective, engaging or easy to participate as the in person one, but that was not the case. Manhattan prep organizes small group of students around a very structured course curriculum. Their professors are highly knowledgeable, not only in teaching academic content but also giving important insights/tips to master the exam. I chose the classes of Josh Yardley after reading very good reviews about him online, and I was not one bit disappointed. He has a very easy/didactic approach to teaching and is able to engage a classroom for 3 hours straight, without making anyone pressured or embarrassed to participate.

Manhattan Prep provides you with all the resources needed to excel in the GMAT, which I used extensively. Most importantly, the support provided does not finish as the 9-week class session comes to an end. It took me 3 months to schedule my GMAT exam after classes were over, during which time I spent reviewing some specific topics, practicing targeted exercises and doing weekly mock exams. I continued in contact with my instructor and would reach out to him every couple of weeks to catch up on my progress. Moreover, Mr Yardley was able to adjust my studying method to fit my needs. Since I had a particularly high target grade in mind, he recommended additional books and resources where I could find more advanced problems.

With the help of Manhattan prep and specifically Josh Yardley, I was not only able to achieve my target score, but actually get an even higher grade in my first try. I am really grateful for their assistance and resources.

MARK SULLIVAN IS AMAZING - take his class!!

The GMAT is daunting, and I didn't know where to start studying. Thankfully I stumbled upon this Manhattan Prep course and decided I might as well invest in something this important. Luckily, Mark was extremely well prepared, easygoing, and fed us exactly what we needed to know in order to ace every section. We worked through problems in class and strategies for dealing with pesky data sufficiency or critical reasoning questions that I struggled with. He showed us how to analyze our practice tests to hone in on what we should revise and time strategies. I ended up with a 750 that somehow got me into Stanford GSB, and I owe it to Mark!

Manhattan Prep helped me increase my score by 16 points. The system was easy to use and motivating. It does take some discipline to stay on pace with an on demand system, but if you are able, you will see a significant score increase. My tutors name was Laura Damone and she was the best. She helped me out with tough problem sets and types, and also was always refreshing to talk to during the stressful time before the LSAT. She always went above and beyond to help, which is one of the main reasons for my score increase. One note to make is that in order to have the best tutoring sessions, you should come prepared with problems or types of problems you struggle with. If you do this, they will be extremely helpful.

I just completed the 9 week GMAT course with Danny Child and feel it was incredibly helpful and productive. Danny kept our group fully engaged and systematically helped us navigate through the course material in a way that allowed me to build a solid foundation and consistently drill problem sets and improve my understanding in both Quant and Verbal. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone serious about improving their GMAT score.

Everything on the course was great from course instructors to course materials. However, the extra coaching sessions I purchased was redundant and I had only been given 1 hour for the first session but the last 2 hours hadn’t been provided to me even though I emailed my coach about scheduling it. I think the only problem with the coaching sessions I believe is the organization and disconnect from the Manhattan Prep HR. However I learned a lot from the General Course and would recommend it to others. However I would strongly discourage people to add the coaching sessions to their general GMAT course through Manhattan Prep.

Paul Fisher was a phenomenal professor. He’s clearly brilliant and knowledgeable about what it takes to reach out desired GMAT scores. However, Paul has a high level of emotional intelligence and really does a great job in getting the class engaged and interested in learning the material. I really liked the way he taught class, and frankly it was something I looked forward to on a weekly basis as something outside of my regular job. If I ever had the chance to have Paul as a professor, I wouldn’t hesitate to take that opportunity. I’m glad ManhattanPrep was able to find someone like Paul who not only represents the organization well, but also is truly bought in to the material and WANTS to see us all be successful. Much appreciated and I feel like I got my money’s worth. 100% recommend.

Manhattan Prep provides a superior service, not only with its software and tools, but also with its world class instructors. Ten months after taking a different study course and my first exam, I wanted to try again. I read online reviews before choosing my instructor, Jeff Vollmer. He certainly lived up to the hype from other reviews. Jeff made our three hour classes go by very quickly, while providing valuable examples and tips. His genuine enthusiasm for the exam material was contagious and made studying fun. Additionally, Jeff was always available for questions and support outside of our weekly class time. Manhattan Prep and their instructors are truly a step above the res!

Very happy with my Manhattan Prep course. Chris Gentry was the perfect instructor as he was encouraging and patient. I was able to improve my GMAT approach and for that I’m grateful!

Jeff Volmer was a great tutor. He made some pretty boring / dense material more interesting and fun. He also was helpful and willing to answer 1-on-1 questions as my exam date drew nearer. I really appreciated the work he did and felt that he genuinely cared about his students' success.

Christine was awesome from start to finish. She made seemingly difficult and/or dull material interesting and entertaining, and cheered us on along the way. Very grateful for Manhattan Prep!

I took an EA (Executive Assessment) course with Manhattan Prep. They have fantastic teachers, who are very good at the GMAT but also know how to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Lastly the also care about their students, so it is less like a 'business' and more like a school. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Manhattan Prep tutoring. It helped bring me from a 600 to a 700 and I could not have gotten there without the help of the private tutoring!
