Manhua Cha Avis 174

Not only was I sent mouldy fruit tea, I was then gaslit. They said it was SEDIMENT, an orange colour fruit tea has green mould floating, it is not hard to see, especially since it continued to grow (I have pictures). The hand written expiry date had been a short date which I was told had been a mistake, and to add 2 months, even with the MOULD. They sent me another, also with mould but they wrote over the original date with a new month!! The person blamed this on them being neurodivergent, which is so insulting, being neurodivergent myself. If you cannot safely sell food products for whatever reason, do not. I have all the emails as proof of all of this.
I have spent around a year trying to delete my account(s) and they just ignore me. Disgusting behaviour.

I am now writing this review to warn others.

Terrible customer service. It also took over a week when I paid their highest shipping cost. Rude, Unprofessional, would never use them again.

They never disappoint! Also, if you're not a total sugar tooth, you can put less powder/juice into the drink and get more portions out of it :D

Bubble tea is absolutely delicious and it’s so handy making it at home. Good price too. Lovely people who work for the company and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Definitely became a regular customer recently as myself and my partner love Bubble Tea. It makes a great gift for people also! Would definitely recommend Manhua Cha as the kits are so easy to use.

The bubble tea is delicious and it really got me through lockdown. Now, I still use it and they are one of the only places to sell jellies for bubble tea which is amazing

How is this stuff so GOOD?! I'm terrible for spending way to much on boba tea so I bought a couple milk tea kits from this place to last me the month. At this point i don't think it'll last the week its so tasty. Very good communication especially when they run out of a product (they let you choose a replacement). The mango milk and white choc milk teas are just 10/10. Will 100% be ordering more

Got a starter kit for my son for Xmas he loved it!
Easy to make he didn’t need any help (13yr old) he loves the flavours (lychee and strawberry). Will be back for more!

Firstly the bubble tea kits I purchased were amazing, they were partly for myself but also bought some kits as gifts. Everyone loved them and they were so tasty.

Secondly the service that I received from Dave and the rest of the staff at manhua cha was amazing. I had an issue with my parcel going missing and Dave went above and beyond to help sort the issue and get my parcel to me in time for Christmas even though the delay was due to the current issues with the postal service.

I will be ordering from you again very soon as my son is already begging me for more bubble tea!

Daughter was delighted with the present and says the tea is great. Item arrived in good time and Manhua Cha communication has been good. I suppose the only negative is the price. Seems like a lot of money for what it is.

Daughter is enjoying the mango milk tea. Says tastes very much like the shop bought versions.

This is the second time I've ordered from Manhua Cha and it won't be the last. Their bubble tea kits are excellent (I was delighted to get some matcha mochi in my parcel - unexpected and DELICIOUS and there was a comic). I like to mix and match my flavours so got syrups and bubbles in Passionfruit, Mango and Lychee and as the mood strikes me, I make the combination that I'm in the mood for.

I've got one of their glass tumblers with a purple reusable straw and often get people asking when I got them from. Would recommend them to anyone else. Good prices, quick delivery, no unnecessary packaging, little treats as surprises. Brilliant!

I 1000% recomend buying from this company if your considering, their products are all simply delicious and there is something there for everyone, they are reasonably priced and they keep you updated on when they hand your order to the postal service so you know what's happening with your order. I hope they continue to grow as a business and are able to offer even more products in the future.

I loveeeee this stuff. I have always loved bubble tea but to have it available to make at home is a game changer. Absolutely loving all the different flavours available with manhua cha and how easy it is to find what you want.

Fancy some sweets? They've got you covered! Fancy milk tea? Covered. Fancy fruity tea....covered! Mochi! Tapioca pearls, juice balls, jelly bits.... they have it all!
