I'm very unhappy with my quality of Mats, they came with tons of creases, threads sticking out and some stains, it looks so low quality as a result of poor packaging and build. I contacted manici numerous times and they ignored me. I get that errors happen, but why do you ignore your paying customers after they wait nearly 2 months for faulty mats.

EDIT: Since I cant reply to mannicis reply to this post. They said a manager has emailed me many times in their reply below. What does that even mean? Theres one email from them in my email history and I'm the last person that replied to it.The problem is not resolved, the creases from packaging and general poor quality persist.
Theres also no setup for a call in any of the emails. I can show any proof they need.

I purchased the Black Diamond front and back set for my Mercedes S-class and agree with previous reviews that these are the best car mats I have ever had.
These are very unique indeed. When they arrived, I was puzzled at first because they didn’t look like any car mat I had ever seen. However, once I unfolded them, I realized how they actually sit on the car floor and then fold at 90’ corners to go up the side walls of the car. Thus, complete protection and not even any place where dirt, etc can get under the mat.
They come with special fasteners that let you secure the mat as needed. I didn’t need many of them, but it’s nice that I have extras for the future.
When I first ordered the mat, Hardeep Gill contacted me to make sure that they had the exact information to assure that the custom mat would fit my car perfectly, and they do.

Now for the customer service…
I stupidly ordered the wrong color. I am so used to black Mercedes that I forgot that this one was cream colored on the inside. I knew that there was no return on the custom mat but I thought that I would contact Hardeep and see if he might help me out since I wanted to order the correct color now. No problem…
He sent me a code that granted me a very significant discount on another set of mats in the correct color.
I can’t thank Hardeep enough for the terrific customer care that he provided and high quality of the mats.

I received my Luxury floor mats today and I am so impressed with the fitment and quality of these Luxury floor mats. The fitment is perfect and they really made my trucks interior pop. I definitely recommend Manicci Luxury floor mats it was the best mats for the price and the quality is simply amazing.

Unbelievable quality and fit. It’s worth the wait trust me. Read the details about the shipping carefully. They are very accurate. It does take a little while to get in but well well worth it.

There was a supply chain and shipping issue due to our horrible President Biden and Transportation Secretary Pete Butigieg being totally incompetent. The sales manager of the company Hardeep Gill helped me out and was very informative of the issues. I finally received the product and it looks amazing in my car.

I thought I had been scammed (NOT the case!)… initially the communication was subpar, but then I received an email, directly from the CEO of Manicci, explaining an issue with the carrier. He went on to say that he was going to make it right, and ship me a new set of mats, and have them shipped UPS this time. He provided me with a tracking number and a timeline (which was spot on!). Yes, it took a while for me to receive them, but I absolutely love them! They fit like a glove, and are much more than I had anticipated. I hope the carrier issue can be resolved because I plan to not only recommend this company’s floor mats to my friends, but now that I’ve seen the quality, I’m ready to order the trunk liner. Thank you Manicci!

After receive these awesome mats as a Christmas present, we realized that the back mat was intended for six seater, with the seats folded down. We wanted a smaller one for when the back seats are upright. With a few email exchanges and the very gracious assistance of Hardeep, they are sending the second mat to us now. I couldn't have asked for better service! A really great product! I've already recommended to two other friends with Teslas

Missing rear mats for Audi TT and poor quality stitching on the boot liner that arrived. Tried contacting via email and Facebook with no response in over two weeks now. Delivery took a long time and for price paid very unimpressed with the product. DO NOT BUY.

Extremely pleased with their floor mats. Packaging was great. Product was high quality. They fit perfectly in my custom show truck. Very easy to clean, maintain, and take in and out of vehicle. I will use this company again and recommend them to others. Well worth the money spent. Thank you!

I ordered Manicci car mats for my C180 w206 1 week ago and yet I did not receive any tracking for my shipment. Live chat is not working on the website + dropped them a couple of emails with no response.
How can I reach them ?

Extremely great mats very quick install hassle free I bought them for both cars. If you want to spice up the inside of your car I highly recommend buying these mats

I bought my mats in 2019 and I am still rocking then in 2022.When I first got them I used the summer heat to help conform the mats in.

I work oilfield so nothing is more worrying than oil stains or something barbed cutting the mats from your work boots (I can't say it won't for everyone but it hasn't for mine and I found blades stuck in my solos before). With that said I clean them up every month to 3 months if I am away from home.

Again I haven't found any cuts from wear/ tear; I've spilled drinks, had snow, salt, and etc on them. It all washes away with ease and I just coat my mats with leather conditioners after for a nice gloss look and smell.

I honestly had a horrible start to the whole process but the team took care of everything for me and after 2 months, the mats are here! Theyre GORGEOUS!
