It’s a ring and it’s round. I do love the design and the quality of the product. For the price it’s a very good deal.

Extremely disappointed. The ring I purchase looked HORRIBLE and we haven't even had it for 6 months. Not only that, but I have tried NUMEROUS TIMES to email the "customer service" email listed and haven't gotten a response. I even contacted them on
Facebook and nothing. I am close to going to the Attorney General with this. I am fed up and will not be making anymore payments on the ring until I speak to them and they fix the issue.

They Lie and Think We Are Fools. Why do you say you have 'free' returns when you charge a $30 restocking fee? If you want to return your ring, it will cost you $30. Not only are these rings 10x more in price, but they have the audacity to lie about return policy and charge you for it. How this place remains in business is beyond me, but I will never be fooled again by Manly Bands. Fair warning to anyone reading this.

Just want to say how incredible this companies customer service is.

I am from the U.K. and luckily was able to visit the US for work. I bought a ring for my partner as it was perfect for him and had it delivered to a friend there. Unfortunately when I got back it was too small. I contacted customer service and spoke to Jaymi who went above and beyond. I’m still in shock how kind the company is. Thank you so much ❤️

I left my review of the ring with images on their website but they only post positive reviews. Not sure how that is legal, why ask for reviews if you don’t intend to use them for the customers. It’s because they sell crap rings and don’t stand behind their product.

I ordered the ‘cartographer’ wedding ring to the U.K.. I love the design, however after a short time I had some issues with some of the black inlay coming away. Wasn’t expecting much, but thankfully Britt at Manly bands in the USA was super helpful - they paid for all the postage and taxes to have the ring fixed and even resized it for me for free, even though I was outside the allowed period for doing so. Solid company who have really gone the extra mile, can’t ask for more than that!

I have bought two manly bands wedding band and I have found out the characters at manly bands and how they operate.
Needless to say the customer service and care is a 0 out of 10.
They do not listen to their customers I have purchased two rings from them and I will never purchase another! and I will recommend anyone looking for a wedding band to shop elsewhere where the customer service actually cares if you have a good experience and get the item you ordered!
I payed $500 for my second ring and they sent me the wrong one! and want me to pay another $575 to get the right one!
They won’t take any responsibility I proved with pictures! What ring I ordered they switched the Ring that I ordered to a different ring but kept the same SKU so when I received the ring I was shocked it wasn’t the right ring. When I called and emailed to talk to someone they where very rude didn’t give two cares in the world, said not their problem and you can buy the other ring from our custom shop for $575!
I can not believe that they think it’s okay to change the ring to a complete different design and keep the same SKU!
And there software shows the picture I wanted in my email but not on the website and not on the ring I got delivered!

I offered to send this ring back and exchange it or buy the “original” design at a much lower cost as I already bought two rings, and asked if they could send me the right one and they responded with I can buy my old design from the custom shop for $575.

No apologies or solutions to make bit right.

Came across Manly Bands back when I first got engaged in 2020 and loved all the different styles they had. Had the same ring in mind for the big day and finally bought it. Ring was delivered within a few days from USA to my address in Scotland and was lucky enough to have it delivered with the Tactical Case and Silocone "Best Man" wedding ring free.

I ordered slightly too snug for my liking and spoke to customer services (Stacie) about exchanging for a slightly bigger size. Had quick response and everything was dealt with in no time. Have never experienced customer service as great as these guys!

Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome looking wedding rings with the added bonus of having excellent customer services, if you needed it.

One of the main reasons I chose this company for my wedding ring was because I had read that their customer service was good, and I'm not sure that did it justice. Their customer service was amazing and after having a minor issue with Fedex during delivery, I found that I'd sized my ring a bit too small. When I contacted them they didn't hesitate to send out an updated size knowing that my wedding was fast approaching. They were incredibly prompt in their contact and unbelievably helpful.
And to top it off the ring looks incredible. Really great craftsmanship.
I just want to thank Miriam and the company, and a glowing review is the best way I can.
I will be recommending them to anyone i know looking for a ring.
