Can't be trusted for online orders
Extremely bad experience ordering online. Their customer service is really poor and the boots I bought were 2 sizes smaller than they should have been (manufacturing issue) but they can't have been unaware of sizing issues with the Cabello Envy boots. They expect customers to foot the bill for return postage and unless you return the shoes, unworn and with all the original packaging they won't even consider a refund. The boots had only been in my hour for 5 minutes, and I only tried on 1 (couldn't even get my foot into it) but they still felt the need to give me a lecture about them being "unworn" and returning all the packaging. They obviously look for any excuse to refuse a refund. I will be making a formal complaint to Fair Trading because of their unethical policies. I felt very let down and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. Yet another Australian company ripping people off.
