Scam!! Ordered a manual for a hot water bolier as we have just moved to France and don't understand it. It cost a few euros. Never received anything and have now been charged £127!!! have now got to mess about going through fraud with the bank which I can do without!! AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Nachdem ich ein Manual für einen Wohnwagen herunterladen wollte und für die 0,95€ für den Download hinterlegen musste und nichts weiter passierte, habe ich die Rezensionen gelesen. zuzm Glück habe iich sofort meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen, weil heute mein Kreditinstitut eine Abbuchung von 149,99€ von manualsmate.com um 1,21 Uhr abgelehnt hat. FINGER WEG VON DIESER SITE.

Avevo chiesto il manuale di un amplificatore e dopo pagamento di 0,95€ mi hanno mandato il manuale di un mixer. Ho protestato e chiesto il rimborso. Loro dopo 7 giorni hanno fatto partire l'abbonamento mensile (non richiesto) a 149,99€.... SONO DEI TRUFFATORI

Do NOT use this company. I paid the 99p subscription for a door bell manual (which I later found was freely available elsewhere) but Manualsmate did NOT send the manual to me until much later. Weeks later I found my bank account had been debited for 89.95 on a rolling subscription basis. A new
doorbell costs 20 quid. Complete Scammers - don't use this service. This company should be struck off. Ciaran in Dublin

Do not subscribe to this website. I downloaded a manual and found myself paying a subscription for €149!!!

Ordered and paid for a manual but never received it and on checking with bank found that it was a subscription service. Luckily no more than the 89p was taken and the bank has blocked the Company from taking any more. Lucky me.

This company are just rip-off merchants. They were advertising right under a legit Amazon advert for Alexa units, after checking them out online I soon realised they were a con and cancelled them straight way, but not quick enough as they had taken a total of £75.84 + £2.27 transaction fee out of my account.
£78.11 for literally nothing.

I have just received a call from my bank saying that they have blocked my card due to fraudulent activity manual mate has done the same thing to me set up a membership unknown to me and tried taking £129 plus there’s a pending payment of £30 I’m going to now call the fraud team to deal with this issue. How dare they do this to me and others scammers need to get a proper job instead of making money from innocent pensioners and hard working people they are a disgrace and not worth the air they breathe they need to be punished severely.

Die jetzt von ihnen gefundene Bedienungsanleitung ist genau die selbe, die auf der Homepage des Herstellers Gloria direkt zu finden ist. Und diese ist so knapp gehalten, dass sie nicht ausreicht. Es ist also jetzt für mich gar kein Vorteil. Und das nach 2 Tagen. Außerdem ist mir das am Ende des Anmeldedialogs bei ihnen avisierte Passwort zur Anmeldung nicht zugesendet worden. Insgesamt bin ich deshalb unzufrieden.
Korrektur: Das Passwort ist immerhin zugesendet worden. Allerdings mit einem Tag Verzögerung zum Registrierungsdialog. Die Zusendung hätte ich spontan erwartet.

Ich habe für 0,95€ eine Anleitung bekommen, die war nicht für das gewünschte Gerät. Dann wurde eine Woche später versucht, von meiner Debitkarte 149,99 abzubuchen, glücklicherweise war nicht genügend Guthaben darauf, so dass die Zahlung abgelehnt wurde. Beim Login bei manualsmate.com lese ich, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen hätte. Das war bei der Bestellung nicht deutlich gewesen. Ich habe bei meiner Debitkarte die Firma blockiert und werde jetzt bei manualsmate protestieren und Widerruf einreichen.

Der Preis von 89,95 Euro für eine Bedienungsanleitung, die bei Youtube gratis und bei einem anderen Anbieter für 2 Euro zu erhalten war, ist vor meiner "Anforderung" nicht genannt worden. Schande über Sie!

Vorsicht Betrug! Nach 5 Tagen wurden von meinem Konto weitere 89,95 € abgebucht!
Über die Notfall-Rufnummer der Kreditkarte ist es mir gelungen, die 89,95 € zurückzubuchen. Gleichzeitig wurde meine Kreditkarte ausgetauscht für 30 €.

Unverschämte Abzocke.wollte nur ne deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitung.hab die 95 CV ent gezahlt und nach 8Tagen haben diese Abzocker von meinem Konto 89.95 abgezogen
