Tried taking money out of my account that I had not authorised. I paid for the manual I wanted but then tried taking £76.85, luckily it was declined but have reported this as fraud!

Be careful with this company. Read the small script carefully. I signed up and payed for a hoover manual which cost me 0.80£. A few days later they tried to take over 70£ from my account. Do NOT trust this company.

Very helpful and efficient

Avoid this company applied for manual 75p without knowing they subscribed me .next took £78 out of my account . I am a 73 year old senior who does not have this money spare .
PLEASE AVOID !!!

Manuals mate provided me once with a correct manual for 0.80p but then later used my details to extract over £58 on two occasions October & December without permission or notification. Don't use this site, dishonest.

It came very quickly. However, what was stated in the manual was not in the parcel I received.
There were no batteries, no usb power cable, no high speed HDMI Cable. Hope you can sort that for me.

Erst mal Vorsicht Abofalle. Ich habe vor kurzem schon eine Bewertung abgegeben. Am 6.12.24 habe ich eine Bedienungsanleitung für 0.95€ gekauft. Dahinter verbarg sich, ohne dass in irgendeiner Form darauf hingewiesen wurde, eine Abofalle. Am 14.12 24 wurde meine Kreditkarte mit 69.90€ belastet. Das Abo habe ich sofort gekündigt,da ich noch in der 30 tägigen Frist war. Meine Kreditkarte habe ich sofort sperren lassen. Jetzt ging es darum, dass Geld wieder zubekommen. Ich rief bei manualsmate an. Nur auf Englisch. Er sagte mir ich bekäme mein Geld zurück. Nichts geschah. Dann schrieb ich am 10.1.25 eine ernstere Mail, wo ich mit dem Anwalt drohte. Und heute am 15.1.25 habe ich mein Geld zurück. Also passt bitte auf und bleibt hartnäckig.

Total scam, small charge to start with and if you are lucky you might get a PDF. Once they have your bank details they will continue to charge you. They have twice fleeced me for over £50. Trying to cancel!

No manual; am I unreasonable having seen a blurred pdf, not to have received it nine hours later. Ok, only 79p but a con is a con.

I was contacted by my bank advising that manualsmate.com had used my details to take unauthorised monies from my bank account. Please be aware if you sign up for and pay the minimum amount in order to be sent a manual - you dont get the manual and can stand to have money taken from your account. It is fraud.

Scam website. Draw you in telling you they have your manual for a small fee. Then they do not have the manual and you have somehow signed in for monthly direct debits from your bank. Robbers. Will not answer emails. Cannot stop the debit . I have cancelled my bank card to stop the payments.

This is a scam. I have reported it to ActionFraud. They use a subscription model to take repeated payments. Fortunately I noticed this in Trustpilot reviews of this company and cancelled my card. Inconvenient but should stop them getting any money. If you also get caught by this company report them to the police who hopefully will find them and act accordingly. The address they give seems false.

This company have no ethical code of practise - their system is to take your money, then inform they cannot find the manual they already confirmed would be yours by paying in advance. When you TRY to contact their customer service it just does not connect. Save your money folks - spread the word - because this company needs to be ousted 100%.

Habe im Mai dieses Jahres eine Bedienungsanleitung für 0,95 € bestellt und erhalten. Bin dabei unwissentlich und ohne Einwilligung angeblich ein Abo für monatlich 69,95 € eingegangen, das über die Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde, ohne dass eine Leistung in Anspruch genommen wurde. Dummerweise erst im Dezember bemerkt. Sofortige Kündigung wurde zwar bestätigt, abgebuchte Beträge wurden jedoch mit Hinweis auf die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht zurück erstattet. Reine Abzocke!

I ordered a manual for a £35 pressure cooker . It arrived without a manual so I foolishly ordered one from Manual mate for which I was charged under a pound . A week later my Credit card company alerted me to the fact that I had been charged £58 ? monthly subscription to Manuals Mate. How many manuals anyone need ?. Credit card is attempting to recover my subscription .
