The Chesterfield sofa is beautiful! The website doesn't do it justice. The quality of the fabric and finishing is far higher than I expected. Its very sold. The cushions are very comfortable too!!!!

I was not there for the delivery but…
I was not there for the delivery but got a phone call from my son who I told not to sign anything if it would not fit in. After speaking to the person who delivered it I felt under pressure to accept it and told my son to sign for it.
The sofa itself is nice, firm cushions, nice solid arms and looks good.

A few hiccups, but ok in the end
A few hiccups, but ok in the end. Ordered two sofas a month ago which was showing as 'in stock, delivery within 2 weeks' on the website. Messaged them after a couple of weeks and was informed that it's slightly delayed but would be delivered to them from their supplier on the following Tuesday (a week later). I messaged them again after the week had passed to be told it was missing from the delivery and it would be another month if we wanted to wait for the sofas we ordered, we were offered alternatives and decided to opt for the same design but in a different layout. Delivery arrived on Saturday AM as promised, and the driver called 30 mins before which was great. So not an awful experience, but not good enough to warrant 5 stars.

Thank you so much for my new sofas! I absoloutly LOVE them. For all I couldn't get the one I ordered as stock didnt come In I am more then happy. Customer service was briliant and they have upgraded my sofa to the corner as the 3 seater didn't come into stock. The delivery men were bang on time and they were simply lovely! Thank you again!
