The Maqio journey began in 2010 when we began selling online. In 2011, we opened our first shop in Buxton, where business flourished, but we knew to provide convenient online selling was the most logical way for Maqio to grow. Combining our experience of merchandising our toy shop and selling online, we expanded our sales rapidly on various platforms worldwide. We focussed on making our systems more efficient while continuing to provide outstanding customer service, with our ambition to become the leading destination for buying toys. Within a year our online sales exceeded twenty times the turnover of the shop and so we decided to close that side of the business. Werented warehouse space, with the dream of owning our own location. Multiple moves later,we purchaseda 47,000 sq. ft warehouse with plans to expand further. Theconsistent growth and development of the company didn’t go unnoticed by the industry, and we were nominated at the 2018 Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway 50 Fastest Growing Companies Awards. Maqio Ltd placed in the top three for the Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Manchester Small Business category. As a premier toy seller, our collection of premium and best-selling toys and games are offered at competitive prices. Ordered some items from MAQIO toys for my granddaughters birthday, was sent confirmation straight away along with an invoice which was great service, Unfortunately because they use Evri for delivery I have still not received my parcel.

I found this website by chance while looking for a wholesaler that sells Hot Wheels. They have a fantastic range of Hot Wheels and many other toys. The staff have been incredibly patient (especially Stacy) with me when my autistic brain worried about my delivery with Evri, and when they said they had missed me, I thought they had stolen it. They did not. I will definitely be buying from here again.

I bought a toy for the first time
I bought a toy for the first time, and I had a terrible service with costumer service, a lady named Stacy at costumer service was being very rude, she was saying package was delivered for sure and she sent me a photo of proof. But I explained to her that I didn’t find anything. She completely said with are unable to provide reshipment or a refund..
Stay away from them.
It was the first time and the last time that I bought anything from them, they are really not helpful at all.

Excellent website and customer service!
I had a terrible time with Evri and a courier delivering to my property. A lady named Stacy at customer services took care of everything for me, and organised a replacement to be shipped with Royal mail and it arrived very fast. This was not Maqio Toys problem, it was Evri's! but they helped me without hesitation... Thank you Stacy! Maqio Toys is a great site and I will be purchasing again.
