Cleaner was polite
Cleaner was polite, did a thorough job, considering the windows/doors are very old. They certainly look better than they did. I would have given 5 stars, but the windows and doors were left wet, not wiped dry, so there are drip marks in places on the doors, and windows seals, which in time will lead to mould.

Hi Dawn, thank you so much for your feedback! It's great to hear that all went well for your first clean, and I really appreciate you taking the time to discuss the issues raised with me.
As we use hot ultra-purified water, part of the process is leaving the windows to dry naturally. The purified water does not require wiping down or using a squeegee afterwards and is guaranteed to leave your windows sparkling with no concerns for mould growing.
However, if there are any drip marks, water marks or anything we've missed, please do let me know. We're proud to have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and will always return to your property free of charge.
We're looking forward to seeing you again next time - if there's anything you need between now and then, just let me know and I'll be happy to gelp.
Many thanks,
Lydia

I was really pleased with the window…
I was really pleased with the window cleaning service. Most of the windows came out sparkling and made such a difference in how bright the house feels. The only small downside was that there were still a few marks left on the large front kitchen window, but everything else looked fantastic. I’d still happily recommend their services.

Maran Cleaning
Have been with Maran for a few years…
Have been with Maran for a few years and have had no problems with the actual window cleaning for our 4 bedroom detached house. Last year there was a price increase from £32 to £36 and a reduction in the number of windows cleaned - two windows on the annexe building were removed from their schedule to prevent the price going up further. The reason given for the pricing changes was to pay for their vat so I assumed they had now reached that threshold. This year they have increased it by 67% to £60 blaming it on increases in costs! Even if, say, all their costs had gone up by 20% which is unlikely, this would still be a 20% increase in costs, not a 67% increase.
Would not recommend this company due to these very large price increases.

Hi Shelagh,
Thank you for letting me know your feedback, I’ll be happy to explain further about our price increase.
I’m really sorry to hear you are unhappy with the rising costs of fuel, labour, VAT compliance, etc. but I’m delighted to hear that you have no complaints about the service. We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction and our pricing reflects this, so we appreciate your feedback on our service.
We’ve invested in the highest quality equipment available and always guarantee to deliver the best results possible.
We’re always eager for feedback and have not received any messages from you previously regarding the number of windows cleaned at your property - looking at your account, I can see all windows have been included as standard.
As mentioned in my emails to you, I’ll be very happy to give you a call to talk in further details about our recent price increases if this is suitable for you? Just let me know.
We’ve removed you from our rounds as requested. Truly appreciate your loyal custom over the last couple of years and if you’d ever like to reach out to us again, please do feel free to.
Best regards,
Lydia
