Marbellahendo Avis 

As part of a hen weekend in Marbella, we booked a boat party with this awful company for Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were only informed on the morning of the booking that, due to the weather conditions, the boat wouldn't be able to leave the harbour. They said we could use the boat stationary instead.

This is not what we paid for, and it was immediately clear the vibe would be completely ruined. We were allowed to leave and were promised a full refund. It's now been three months, and this pathetic excuse for a company has not refunded us and has been avoiding all forms of communication.

How could they not check the weather forecast ahead of time? They wasted our entire day since we couldn't book an alternative activity. This company is a scam with horrible communication. Avoid at all costs!

We had a private BBQ and DJ at our villa in Marbella for my sister in laws hen do and it was so good DJ was so accommodating to our taste in music and the chefs were great food was tasty and sangria was lovely!! Thank you to DJ Pedro and crew

We hired a private BBQ and DJ at our villa in Marbella this weekend for a hen do and had an absolutely fantastic experience! No fuss, excellent food, very professional service, and ran very smoothly! Couldn't have been happier with the experience! Thank you so much!!

For my friends hen do, we had the butler in the buff, DJ & BBQ. It was so much fun, we all loved it. The staff were so friendly, food was amazing and the DJ had all the songs we requested. I would definitely use them again, it was easy to book/ pay and sort. They were recommended to me & I'm so glad ☺️ thank you!!

As the title says, cancelled two days of events with 4 days to go. No apologies, no discussion, just an email to say that their staff couldn’t get to our location. We booked in January and gave them full details of postcode etc so there was no excuse.

We had to scramble to get the same things booked with another company which we paid more money for as it was such short notice and had to ask the girls going for more money. Funny how the other company could get staff to the location.

Stress was unreal, girls honestly, do yourselves a favour and avoid this lot like the plague. You have been warned!

Edit - Note the response, proves this review really. This was 100% the company that we used. We stayed in Malaga and gave full details of where we were staying when booking in January and they took our deposit no problem. Highly recommend to anyone. It was fully equipped with sun cream and drink and it was a beautiful boat to spend a few hours on. Our captain was fantastic.
The cocktail class was amazing. We had Oscar who came to our villa he was so lovely and very interacting but also very respectful and great fun.
I would definitely use this company again as the activities were fabulous.

Well, to be honest I am still shocked by how unprofessional, disrespectful and just straight up rude this company is. I don’t know how they run a business. Cancelled ALL of the events I had booked with them (and paid deposit for), WHILST we were on the hen.. one was even cancelled on the day! Nearly ruined the entire holiday. And for no reason other than they didn’t like that I had questions about the events. Really professional - My question being, can I change the Paella from one dish to two. They chose the paella dish for me based on - in their words “most hen groups choose chicken” and then when I asked to change it (as it’s not what we asked for) I was the one causing the problem. Failed to provide an event at the correct time and then tried to blame me even though I had asked twice for a specific time. On the day, changed the duration of an event from 90 mins to 60 mins and avoided admitting they did this even after I showed proof of previous conversation. Really rude company with no care for their customers. Terrible communication skills, serious attitude. I am still appalled. If you do decide to book through these.. DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM. Because apparently customer service is not a part of their job role. Joke of a company.

Hiring a "Butler in the Buff"for our trip was the best decision ever! Having Carlos pamper us with sunscreen and drinks all day made for such an easy, laidback vibe. The boat was gorgeous, and the captain was super friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely use their services again. My only hope is that the sea cooperates a bit more next time and stays nice and calm!. Thanks for the great day!

This is the best company to choose for your hen prep they sorted everything for us and was so well organised everything was perfect we had an amazing time and would recommend them anyday. We had the party bus pick us up from the airport which started the hen perfectly followed by real life drawing and a BBQ with cheeky butler and private boat everything was fantastic all the girls had an amazing time. Jose was fantastic he was fast and so helpful whenever we needed him. I highly recommend @Marbellahendo. Thank you again for making our experience unforgettable.

We did the cocktail masterclass, life drawing, and had a stripper. I’d highly recommend any of their activities as these 3 were fantastic. Everybody had a great time

We booked our friends hen party activities through marbella hen do.
From start to finish the communication was fantastic. All questions answered and break downs of costing. Plus videos of previous parties that they had organised.
On the Saturday we opted for a cheeky butler pool party at our villa with a dj and chef. We absolutely loved every minute. The dj was fab! “Sexy Tony” was great and even tidied our kitchen and loaded the dish washer 😂. The food and sangria was just amazing. Such good value for money. People couldn’t believe it.

On the Sunday we opted for the private catamaran. Again amazing value for money with drinks. We had the best 2 hours. It felt really special for the bride and the rest of us.
A fab trip to marbella that all 14 of us will never forget. Would highly recommend.

We had the best day when Marbellahendo came to our villa to host our own villa party! Dj Pedro was brilliant and got the party started with his tunes and had everyone up dancing! Our buff butler Tony was great and made sure everyone was having a good time and his cocktails were really good! The bbq food was beautiful! The best day for our bride to be!!

We booked a life drawing class for my hen party and the company sent us Salvador. We found Salvador to be a great professional. He arrived on time, was super professional and super fun. He ensured all guests enjoyed the life drawing session to the maximum. We can’t recommend him enough. We will definitely be booking him again for the next girls party!

Our Butler Hosted boat trip was brilliantly perfect. We were picked up from our villa and driven to the marina where Tony the butler and the boat crew were waiting. Tony was the perfect host, he kept drinks flowing and knew the right amount of attention to give to different people. The boat stopped so we could swim and took us to see the most incredible dolphin experience. We laughed and danced and sang for 3 hours before we were taken to port and driven home again. Would 💯 recommend this boat trip for other hen dos. So much fun.

Group of 6 girls and 1 guy on holiday, hired a catamaran with open bar for 2hours which was around €600. We had an amazing time, there was great communication from the captain when they were delayed. We felt very safe and in good hands the entire time, Mike and Francisco did their best to make sure we had the time of our lives - which we did! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!
