Marble Excellence.
Marbles is by far the least problematic credit card I have used. There a few contactless problems.
The website is first class with easy to understand options.

Poor customer service support for financial vulnerability
Terrible experience with customer service when trying to establish a payment arrangement which had previously been agreed. The agent Sajeev made what was already a difficult situation even more distressing by asking repetitive questions and offering no flexibility for my circumstances.
I am now no further along with resolving my issue and and after spending nearly half the morning back and forth on their chat with multiple agents who if you don't reply within like 3 mins leave the chat, I have to again engage with them to try sort this out.

Hello, I am very sorry to read that you have not had the experience that you expected with us. I appreciate the time that you’ve taken to write a review. The interest rate on your card is given after full credit checks are performed, and it set to what we feel is appropriate at the time.
We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to decrease this by request and I apologise for any inconvenience. I have dealt with many credit card…
I have dealt with many credit card providers over the years but honestly I have never written down a review before but I had to with marbles they are outstanding in their service (credit card provider the service is no stress they are not on your back . They regularly increase your credit again no stress and for me in our household they are the first card I go too if needed - the only slight negative impact is speaking to the customer service who were a bit abrupt over the phone but other then outstanding company so go for it and forget the rest .

Great comms
Great comms. £1200 credit limit to start which I've kept well within and used card a few times recently. Have paid off the small outstanding balance and have peace of mind the card is available should I need it
