Absolutely the worst shopping experience I've had on the internet. I've waited a month for my item with no updated order confirmation or feedback on when my item will arrive. Now trying to reach out to cancel the purchase and get my money back.
I first didn't receive my order, but I contacted them and they sorted it out for me. Apparently the shipping company had lost my order during shipping. But they sorted this issue out and sent me a new one free of charge. Once I received it it was incredible quality even if the prices are a bit cheaper than other clothing brands. Will definitely order again and would recommend for others to do the same.
Leon Marcel is a scam company.
I ordered 2-3 months ago, i have been trying to reach them for 1,5 month… they have answered me once with a lame apology and said the jacket was on the way, they said it would arrive within 1-2 days - it has now been 2 weeks and I haven’t received any tracking or anything…
Styr langt unna!!! Min sønn kjøpte en cardigan 7.mars 2025, til tross for lovnader fra eieren er den fremdeles ikke kommet (sept-25) De sluttet å svare på mail i mai, så regner dette som scam og lureri!!

Scam, bedrageri! Dette er ren svindel, jeg bestilte 1.februar til Norge. Etter flere måneder får jeg beskjed om at Leon Marcel ikke kan sende til Norge- og at jeg skal få pengene tilbake. Han ba om masse informasjon (som han fikk), og etter det har jeg blitt blokket fra hans shopping-sider, og han svarer ikke på melding!
Leon Marcel har flere konto på tik-tok hvor han reklamerer for salg av klesprodukter - jeg ser også han forteller interesserte kjøpere at han sender til Norge!
Jeg har politianmeldt Leon Marcel sine sider to ganger til svensk politi.

Do not buy from this scam company. I ordered the jacket February 6th and today is July 25th and I have not received it. They constantly ignore and always say they understand the frustration and will deeply check the order. They are a dishonest and fraud company. I don't get the jacket and no refund either, wh0re company.
I was a bit skeptic at first because of the reviews and the comments on TikTok but I took the chance and I bought a t shirt with a print on the back. The tee arrived after only about 7 days and it’s so nice and fits good and the quality is very good despite the price. I will definitely be buying from Leon Marcel again.
Fake company, doesn’t ship your clothes that you orders. Ordered it like 2 months ago and it hasn’t arrived. They won’t answer mails also.
The quality is great and I’m happy with what I received, but the shipping took longer than expected. I’m guessing it was a pre-order, so that probably explains the delay.
