It has been more than a 10 days after the initial design I emailed the designer about what I want for my kitchen but I still have not heard back from him or anyone else from Marfa. I called and spoke to project manager on the phone and she told me they are working on it and I should receive the design by last Friday. And yet again nothing! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I couldn’t be happier, working with Marta on my kitchen design and her attentive attitude towards my needs and the details is exceptional.great team and am sure my new kitchen will be amazing .

Designer we worked with clearly didn’t have the time to properly dedicate to us for even a simple renovation. On our second call when expecting renderings, she started the conversation as if we never met. Call after call and nothing accomplished. Quality of samples we received wasn’t great and nowhere to actually see the quality made it difficult to believe what we were being told. Wasted weeks on a kitchen renovation that should have been fairly simple. Website and catalog are dated and nothing seems user friendly. Even posts on Instagram don’t refer to color or style of cabinet. Poor marketing. Company not spending money in the right places. Can definitely go to other companies for the same cabinets.

Do not buy this product! JUNK JUNK. I have the floating cabinets for 2 months now and drawers stop open and closing. BAD QUALITY CHEAP MATERIAL EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. WASTE OF MONEY.

The designer was very responsive and had a great knowledge of the line I was looking for. The price is reasonable. Looking forward to finishing up our design

I requested the gloss finish tile, the gray was not gloss.
The white one seemed to have a plastic protection I was hesitant to remove. In case that was the finish it should have, even though it was scratched. The black tile has not arrived as yet

It's been a very easy process to work with Bjorn. He has listened to what we want and made every effort to make our vision work.

Oleg has been amazing to deal with. He responds to all my questions right away and has spent a lot of time with me on the phone. At this point I have only ordered samples, but he is treating me like I've paid for my cabinets already. Very professional and highly recommend working with them.

The sample received were not in good shape, must of them with scratches.
Also the colors, there is difference between the sides and the front, for example the Hunter green on the contour you can see a green color but in the front looks gray.
With these samples i cannot choose.

Project manage extremely unpleasant to work with. Had to send email 4 times to ask if the changes were being made then after repeatedly asking for an email stating will not change the design to what we’d like until we pay 50%. We don’t even have an accurate estimate yet on top of the advertisement for this company being free design and estimate. Not sure where the initial rendering details came from there were things we didn’t have or provide information for as well as not even being the colors we asked for.
