Shocking customer service. Wouldn't put things right with my order until I sent the product back at my own expense (still waiting for reimbursement). Very surprised at the lack of care and attention from this company.

The hand serum is really nice and moisturises beautifully however I'm not convinced it will actually make any difference to my old crepey skin!

Disappointed …
This was a gift so I was surprised when I received my items in a white Margaret Dabbs box which had a large postage label over it - spoiling the look. Pity as it would have made a nice presention gift if they had put the white box in an ordinary brown cardboard box. After several emails they did offer to exchange but there was no guarantee that I would not receive the same. First impressions not good. My daughter has not used the products yet so I am unable to comment.
