Great chocolate. Extremely poor delivery courier
The products are great the chocolates are beautifully made. The hot chocolate just right not overly sweet. What let the whole experience down is the courier you use. Notification received it was out for delivery 3 days in a row. Finally delivered on day 3 no communication received from courier company. A very poor service from them lets you down significantly

Over the years we have used a number of different courier companies and we have found APC to be the most consistently reliable, though obviously there are occasionally issues with their service. We will raise the issue of your delivery with them directly to try and ascertain what exactly went wrong and how it can be avoided in the future.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the chocolate and would like to apologise that the courier let us down on this occasion.

Best hot chocolate I’ve ever consumed, and I’ve drunk a lot of them! Give it a try, you won’t regret it. My favourite is the Venezuela Milk 43% hot chocolate melt which I buy on line in 1kg bags.

Courier made mistake. Marimba sorted it. Excellent customer care.
Courier delivered to the wrong location, but Marimba were completely on top of it. Prompt and polite communication to let me know what was happening and I was united with my chocolate within 24 hours. Great service - thank you.
And, it’s really lovely hot chocolate!
