My photographer Claire at my graduation was so great! She really made it a nice vibe and made sure I looked great with my family for my special photo. Can’t wait to see how all the pics turned out. She was also super friendly and got us ready for the celebratory vibe.

I thought i missed out but they quickly rectified it.

My Graduation was last July, (2024) and I have had issues getting my photos since then. I emailed, called and left messages multiple times since last July, and no one has gotten back to me at all! In the end, I've given up and had to use the website to pay for extras as I didn't want them to disappear, as it says they will a year on from the graduation date. Appalled with the customer service, as I've now had to fork out an extra £150 on top of the £150 I already paid for last July because no one communicated with me.
