I’d like to give a huge thank you to Brother Subhan from Masala Trip for his outstanding service throughout our journey. From the very beginning, he was extremely patient and helpful, taking the time to find the best package that suited our needs perfectly. He was always responsive, whether it was through calls or messages, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place.

Credit goes to my agent Subhan, who made all the necessary bookings. Flights, hotel, transport and the visa.

He kept me up to date with change of flight schedules when the airline adjusted times.

Driver contacted me and picked me up at the airport. Hotel booking was correct and no issues when checking in.

He regularly checked in to see if I needed anything.

Got details of flights transfers everything was good abbas was good

Mr Hussain went out of his way to sort help out. A great guy and an asset for any company who he works for. As we all know about Air India unreliability, Mr Hussain sort out my delayed flight with an ease.
Will work him again in future.

We had an excellent Umrah trip thanks to Mashallah Trips and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to plan their next Umrah trip.

Abbas was our representative from Mashallah Trips and what can I say he was amazing! Abbas helped plan the entire trip, fixing the budget, finding the right flights, hotels, transport, visas etc. Abbas remained contactable on whatsapp all the time whilst organising our trip, during our stay and also afterwards 5 *****

Mashallah Tours have truly set a new standard for what exceptional service looks like. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with such care and attention to detail. The prices were very competitive, but what really stood out was the unbelievable level of service that I received every step of the way.

A special thank you to Hussain, who was nothing short of magical throughout my entire journey. His professionalism, dedication, and warmth were second to none. He didn’t just stop at the booking stage—he went above and beyond by keeping me updated after the booking was confirmed and even while I was away on holiday. That constant reassurance gave me total peace of mind and made the experience even more enjoyable.

It’s rare to find someone who treats customers with such genuine care. Hussain made me feel valued, supported, and completely at ease, which is exactly what you want when planning and enjoying a holiday. He turned what could have been a routine travel booking into something personal and memorable.

Mashallah Tours not only delivered on their promises, they exceeded them in every way possible. The combination of fair pricing, reliability, and a personal touch makes them a company I will return to again and again, insha’Allah.

To anyone looking for a travel company you can trust, one that combines professionalism with genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend Mashallah Tours. They made my trip unforgettable, and I can honestly say this was a five-star experience in every sense.

Mashallah, you truly went above and beyond—thank you!
