I had a very disappointing experience with Hajj And Umrah Experts and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I initially received a quote from Hajj And Umrah Experts and decided to proceed with them. I was informed that I needed to pay a £500 deposit to secure the flights, which I promptly transferred.

Shortly afterwards, I received an offer from another agency, Cheap Umrah Deals, for what appeared to be exactly the same package at a significantly lower price. When they asked me to transfer a deposit, I noticed that the payment was to be made to the same bank account that Hajj And Umrah Experts had provided. This led me to discover that both agencies operate under Aerolinks Travel Limited.

I was concerned that what appeared to be the same package was being offered by the same company at substantially different prices. As a result, I decided not to continue with the booking and requested a refund of my deposit.

At that point, I was informed that the deposit was non-refundable. However, this was never mentioned before I made the payment. After I transferred the deposit, I was emailed an invoice which stated that the deposit was non-refundable, but I never signed or accepted this invoice. In other words, the non-refundable condition was only communicated after the payment had already been made.

Furthermore, I never received any flight booking confirmation or evidence that flights had actually been secured on my behalf.

As a result, I lost £500 despite receiving no booking confirmation and no prior notification that the deposit would be non-refundable. I feel that the terms and conditions should have been made clear before any payment was requested. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied with the company’s transparency and customer service.

I got quote from this company for the planned Umrah visit for the next year. During the quote comparison with other agencies, an agent requested me £500 to secure flights. At no point was I issued terms and conditions, nor was I informed that this deposit was non-refundable. When I realised that the same package was offered for about £2k cheaper from a different company (cheap umrah deals), I requested them to refund my money back as I found the same package on significantly lower price than theirs. Then they sent an invoice which includes the terms and conditions stating that the deposit is non-refundable. I was not told that before the invoice was sent. This is not an honest business. I do not recommend them.

Booked my flight with ahtisham for umrah and the process was straightforward and flawless. Was checked upon whilst there and upon arrival back. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Salaam. We used this company through recommendation and dealt with brother Bajwa. He was patient and calm as this my 1st time trying book an umrah trip and wanted to make sure it went all smoothly for my young family and elderly parents. Alhamdulillah it did.......just the distant for Makkah hotel i did want it closer as it wasnt as close as stated, so the raring should be 4.5stars.
However, thank you, brother, as you had to keep on confirming over and over again to me for assurance that its all done. I would recommend him and this company to others for sure. Good communication

The journey was excellent and everything was as described ( the transport, the hotel, the tour).

I cant praise enough for the service provided to me throughout from flights and hotel booking to sort out local transport for my umrah journey with my family. Asim was extremely helpful and made sure all my requirements were met. I would highly recommend their services !!!

Alhamdullilah we made it back to the UK after completing our ummrah and tawaf, we really enjoyed the experience to going for ummrah. The service to and from the hotel and to the airport is all good. No issues at all.

The process was very smooth. domestic travel was a non issue as I had my travel booked pre hand and everyone arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.
