It turned out to be an amazing experience. Ahtisham from hajj and Umrah experts was available at all times to help and guide me prior to the trip. The process was very smooth. domestic travel was a non issue as I had my travel booked pre hand and everyone arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Hajj and Umrah experts were recommended by friends. I am sceptical person but we put our trust in this company as it’s the first time doing Umrah. I had the most amazing humra experiences. Our stay in Mecca was fabulous and Madina was great. I would like to thank Mr ASIM QASIM who help us to have a great deal. Mr Asim kept checking us even when we were in Mecca to insure we got our transfer sorted. He was always available when we messaged him and quickly responded. My travel agent Moazzam was very helpful and very informative. He was easily contactable and always there to help. Everything that Moazzam said he would arrange he did. I particularly liked the fact of the emergency contact number. Our hotel in Madina wanted the booking reference which we didn’t have but I contacted the emergency number and I had received it within 5-10 mins. Overall would recommend the company as it was our first time and everything went smoothly alhamdulillah

I booked a trip to Umrah end of January 2026, Alhamdulillah it all went smoothly and was very well organised for me with tickets, stay and guide all included for a very nice price. I booked a trip with Hajj and Umrah experts in January. Bajwa, my travel agent was very helpful, keeping me informed of all the necessary paperwork, visas needed, etc and worked hard to get me and my family the most affordable and best deal. I had lots of questions and Bajwa was very patient. I was able to contact him easily for any issue, even whilst I was abroad, and he always answered quickly. Jazakhallah khair for helping make our trip as smooth as possible. I will definitely recommend him to others. His professionalism and patience spot on.

Avoid this company for the sake of your mental well-being, as they deliver an unacceptable level of customer service.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Serious concerns regarding accommodation, flights, and communication were raised, yet there has been no response for over 23 days. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for any travel provider.
They present themselves as Muslims, yet none of their actions reflect this. They do not keep their word. I will be releasing a series of documented evidence to support these claims and will explore all viable means to prevent them from continuing to deceive people.

Disappointed,
1. We were supposed to be a group of 5, after making the payment we realised that they booked us 2 different flights, splitting the group.
2. We were charged for 2 cars, saying that they didn’t have car big enough for the 5 of us. Despite this, they only sent one car for all of us from Mekka to Madina and for the airport as well.
3. We didn’t see anyone from your company neither in Mekka nor Madina.
4. The hotel in Mekka was very bad, dirty, no hot water.

I don’t understand what was the point of going to Umrah with a group?
