We booked our Umrah trip in September with Hajj and Umrah and everything was amazing! All transfers from the airport to hotels and back were seamless, which made the whole journey stress-free. My wife and I had a wonderful time in both Makkah and Medina.

Not trustworthy. We have been asking for breakdown of invoice as it shows £1500 extra of the agreed price. We still did not get the breakdown, and now they want us to pay another £195.87 for cancellation fee.
We are very disappointed with the service, decided to write a review to warm others, and will bring this matter to Company House for their attention.

This is the 3rd time I will be going with this company, I don't think I can go with any other company as I am very very pleased with their services.

My personal experience with them was very good - I applied some visa myself but could get through however with them it was different, it was seamless and without any hassle. Thank you very much team.

I Reserved a 10 day umrah package with this company to include flights, hotel. Transport and visa from the 20th - 30th April 2025. We were assisted by the agent from Umrah Hajj Experts . At the point of sales the agent was helpful and polite. When we arrived in Makkah there was no driver. We called the transport manager who was an extremely unprofessional and rude individual. He told us the driver was there and an hour later there was no driver. After texting the agent back in London we finally got a driver. We arrived at Makkah and 3 days later we waited for the driver who was going to do the ziyarat with us. After waiting 50 minutes the driver turned up late and he was also rude and rushed the ziarats and charged us 150 riyals extra. I made a complaint to the agent who told me the transport company was their own company which turned out to be false. We then waited for another driver to take us to Madina and he stopped for a break and disappeared for 40 minutes whilst we roasted in the car. When it was time for ziarats in Madina our driver did not turn up instead the transport company sent us a random green taxi. We stayed at the movenpick and day 2 of our stay reception knocked our door and said we needed to pay as the agent had not paid them. I called the agent and advised we were now having problems with the hotel booking. The agent whom I cannot now name as it breaches trust pilot guideline assured us he would sort it out. Days three and four we had the same issue again. Our stay was ruined and we had paid around £1830 per person for 10 day trip. The agent from Hajj and Umrah Experts did not help. Once I returned to london I told the same agent I wanted to file a complain which I did . Since the end of April 2025 the agent stopped all contact with me. Our trip was poorly Planned by the agent and we were lied to about the transport company being owned by them. The ziyarat were rushed we could not even step out of the car as we never got the opportunity in Makkah. Transport Company told us they were independent and Hajj and Umrah Experts were using them. We were really upset, stressed and disappointed that the agent had lied to us. We would never use this company ever again. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND..

I had a very stressful and disappointing experience with Hajj and Umrah Experts. Due to poor guidance and negligence from their team I ended up spending far more than planned.

Firstly, they booked my Umrah travel for 15th–25th April without informing me that, as per Saudi government rules, the last date to enter for Umrah was 13th April. I had to pay extra to change my tickets last minute to meet the entry deadline.

Secondly, the visa handling was appalling. I was wrongly advised to "take a chance" and get a visa on arrival, even though I was not eligible. They told me Umrah visas through their agency were "not guaranteed" due to time constraints. I eventually had to spend more to get my visa processed elsewhere.

Throughout the process, communication was poor. One of their consultant, who was initially managing my case, disappeared midway. Another staff member Eman stepped in but she was rude and unhelpful.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone. The entire process was unprofessional and stressful—definitely not what you want when planning for a spiritual journey like Umrah.
