I had a great experience, hotels, breakfasts, flights, transfers were all excellent. The cost was well worth what we got. My parents and children loved the hotels and the close distance and over all I don’t have any complaints. The transport to Madina was very comfortable and all our luggage fit nicely. Our rooms were upgraded upon arrival and we had a lovely haram view in Mecca and Madina. Alhamdulilah couldn’t ask for more. JazakAllah khair sister Areeba. We will definitely book through your service again in sha Allah.

Areeba was very patient with all my requirements and was very helpful she provided me with what I needed to the T. She was recommended to me by a friend that took good care of her and even checked up on her when she didn’t need to.

He was extremely patient with all my multiple requests and constant changes I requested last minute! always on hand whenever I needed him! Will certainly be using them again in the future for my next Umrah/hajj visit inshallah!

The travel agent Awais was very helpful and patient. Was always available to answer any query. For first timers like me overall experience was very good.

Since we were arriving a bit late than the usual check in time. The hotel was informed but when we arrived there was a bit of confusion about the rooms. The local hotel sorted it out quickly.

We also got the transport through this Umrah & Hajj travel agency, which was great. As part of the transport package we had Ziarats (both Makkah & Madina) included. The driver was good but his knowledge of places visited was not great. On the last night when we were being driven ti the airport, the driver Salam, was excellent. On our way he was telling us about different land marks and this knowledge was way superior than the other person. We felt the difference.

Overall I would rate the experience very good

I used this company for me and my husband in January 2025. We paid the initial deposit without being told the terms and conditions and once we asked for that back we were told we would not be getting that back and we decided to just continue as we didn’t want £200 to go to waste. We then paid for our flights and then later on the full booking which showed us which hotel we would be staying at exactly. The night before our flight we got a call and the hotels got changed to a completely different one with no reason as to why, the quality of the hotel was much lower than the one we originally paid for. Arriving at the hotel in Makkah we were taken from person to person for an hour and a half and finally put in a quad room Which was not even clean. It seemed very rushed and we were being put there as a last minute resort. Finally going to Medina, we were told we would have breakfast and a certain hotel that hotel was also changed the night before we were told to sit in front and asked to pay again when we already paid Because the company just put a deposit down in place. We reached out to the company which was very difficult as we were not in the UK they are also asked us to pay and they would refund us. We did not have the funds to do this and we were stressing and panicking out in the lobby thinking we do not have accommodation for the night.This company has absolutely not given what was promised. They have stressed us out and honestly if I could say more, I would do not book with these people. They are scammers and they will try to rob you of what you have paid for. I will never use the service again and I would advise you to not do the same Either.

Booked through Hammad who was amazing all throughout the whole process. We went Qatar and Saudi Arabia for Ummrah.

He was so helpful when we changed our minds a few times about flights and hotel he went the extra mile to make sure we had what we wanted especially as we have a three old. The hotel in Makkah was amazing was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
