Booked through Hammad who was amazing all throughout the whole process. We went Qatar and Saudi Arabia for Ummrah.

He was so helpful when we changed our minds a few times about flights and hotel he went the extra mile to make sure we had what we wanted especially as we have a three old. The hotel in Makkah was amazing was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotel usman bin afan hotel great location and close to mosque Al Nabwai distance about 5-7 mini walk.
Hotel Voco was magnificent and wonderful. I would rate 5 🌟. The only problem Voco hotel had was distance from Masjid Al Haram. Even though they provide free shuttle buses but still is bit of walking to do so prepare yourself to walk for at least 10 minutes after the shuttle buses also there is no one bus that goes to straight to the Al haram so you will be swap the shuttle buses. Anyways amazing hotel and the food amazing and there is shopping mall at lower ground

This is my 3rd trip with the company and I wouldn’t go elsewhere.
They have arranged my eVisa /fist class transport and five star hotel with the best Kaaba view .
Abbas has seamlessly paid attention to my every requirement such as flight timings /direct flights /hotel preferences as there is a vast yet confusing choice and my priority was to be close to haram as possible! I got exactly this .i was very happy !

The company was very great a guy called Ahmed Riaz booked our hotel and chose the best ones, we got the best transport and were absolutely blown away by Ahmed Riaz's service, absolutely amazing 5 stars would recommend

My booking was dealt with by Abbas who was exceptional throughout the process. It was my first time arranging this for my family of 13 and having Abbas guide me through each step was a breath of fresh air.

The trip was amazing Alhamdulillah, the Makkah hotel (Al Marwa by Rotana) was truly exceptional and throughout the whole stay in Makkah including Ziyarat was faultless.

There were a couple of issues with the hotel in Madinah (Anwar Al Madinah) and attitude of our transfer driver from Madinah to Jeddah airport which is not the fault of Hajj & Umrah experts or brother Abbas.

My only area for improvement would be for the company to use a better hotel in Madinah, something like Sofitel or Hilton due to quality and the distance to Masjid-e-Nabawi.

Overall the experience was very good. I would definitely be using this company again and recommending to Friends & Family.

Having used Hajj & Umrah Experts last year from my umrah package loved the service I received so I decided to use Hajj & Umrah Experts again. This time taking larger group this October 2024.

I was very disappointed with the whole process , having booked and paid way back in January 2024 with the same agent I trusted who dealt with my package last year. only to find out later into the year that the agent had left and my package was being dealt by another agent and all enquires would be dealt by them.

Throughout the remaining until upcoming journey I kept asking for reassurance and confirmation that everything was done correctly and that when we would get our hotel confirmation vouchers. These where only issued the day before we where going to travel. I don't understand why does it take a best part of 10 month to issue hotel vouchers yet you are firm on taking the full payment so far in advance.

Yet again we where assured that the everything was confirmed.

Having got to our Makkah hotel in the early hours of the morning ready to check-in and freshen-up before we started our umrah. Only to find out that none of our 6 rooms had been booked and the hotel did not have any reservation for us nor could find us on there booking systems.

It was a nightmare , early morning , no contact number back to UK to help out. We where just stranded and left there not knowing what to do. Only option was to have to wait until the UK office opened to speak to an agent and that was another 7-8 hours wait. Luckily tried some number I had, kept ringing until someone picked up, I didn't care what time it was back in the UK.

They managed to resolved the booking issue a few hours later , not a good start for performing our Umrah as we are by this point tired and really frustrated.

Contacted my agent who was looking after my package to double check that we where not going to have the same issue with our Madinah hotel. Agent confirmed "No problem everything is confirmed".

Got to our Madinah hotel and yes same issue booking did not exist we where nowhere to be found on the system again.

This time as we arrived during UK hours tried to contact the agent , totally impossible to get an answer , sent multiple messages just would not reply back.

Only after a few harsh message managed to get the rooms confirmed.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service. The two star rating was due to the exceptional transportation team in Makkah {Haider} otherwise I wouldn't even bother rating this time.

Will definitely not be using Hajj & Umrah Experts again or recommending them to any family or friends.

In second event of hotel is not bad and just relaxation environment cultural.

In finally, our enjoyed and good experience of holiday so lovely 🥰 too hot, and nice food cuisine cultural.
