I booked my Umrah package with Abbas from Aerolinks and alhamdulillah it was the best decision I made, we planned to go for more than 2 weeks in total due to the love and attachment we have for the blessed cities Makkah and Madina, Abbas advised us the best packages to cater our needs and within our price range. We were able to book excellent hotels which were good walking distance to Haram, our booking with Abbas also included Visas transfers and Ziyarats, we were happy with the level of communication and service from the drivers. I will most definitely be booking again with Abbas for our next Umrah Trip. Abbas kept us up to date with all necessary information and if we had any questions he would respond immediately, very happy and highly satisfied. Would definitely recommend Abbas to book your umrah trip.

They have all kinds of Umra packages from budget to 1st class experience. We have booked through Maiza Khan and she was very helpful, friendly and professional. She has helped us to choose a umra package according to our budget with no force sales tactics. Once we have reached Mecca hotel on our very first day, we had a problem with reception staff and we have contacted her from Mecca and she did respond immediately and sorted out the problem. I would highly recommend her to book your Hajj/Umrah packages.

I explained my situation to rep Shayan, he arranged everything according to by budget, he made sure hotels were not far and with all facilities according to my requirements. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic Umrah trip in July, organized by Hajj And Umrah Experts for a group of seven adults. From start to finish, the journey was exceptionally well-coordinated, thanks to the meticulous arrangements made by Muhammad Bin Umar.

Our accommodations were top-notch, staying at the Pullman in Mecca and the InterContinental in Madinah. Both hotels exceeded our expectations in terms of standard and quality, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Muhammad Bin Umar handled every aspect of our travel arrangements with great attention to detail. This included our ground transportation, air travel, and knowledgeable guides, all of which were flawlessly organized. Additionally, he efficiently managed our visa applications, obtaining them in quick time.

While there were some initial miscommunications at the beginning, this is to be expected when booking group travel for an extended period. Despite this, the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

To be honest a few hiccups in the start with the communication - likely that we didn't understand what the other meant but Alhamdulillah they made our Umrah experience one of a kind. There was no hiccups from arriving to Jeddah to coming back to UK. The transport and especially the drivers (especially Ramzan) were top class. Hats off to the local contact - Haider - who was always contactable for delivering a great service. His drivers were a reflection of his work - exemplary. Hotels and location were amazing and ziyarats were well organised. All in all an Umrah we won't forget. Jazakallah khair to Muhammad brother for helping us make this a truly unforgettable

Very poor rude customer service.
Made a hotel booking in march for aug.
Made payment , voucher sent was told all confirmed...now have found out no reservation.has been made at the hotel..
Rang company up and now been told cinfirmation is 2 days before check in.
I rang the advisor i made booking with tiday and he basically was so rude ignorant and unproffesional.
He said im angry and i need to calm down..
I wasnt angry at all.
He belitted me over the phone and wouldnt let me speak to the mananger.

Wont give me a refund at all.
Now il file a complaint with ATOL.
avoid this 2 face lying company.

Alhumdulillah Zia Mustafa provided exceptional service from start to end, my husband highly recommends travelling with hajj and Umrah experts. We were kept up to date throughout whole Journey and dealt with queries promptly despite the journey being last minute.
