I had to book very last minute and for very specific dates. I am a regular to Saudi and was born there, but this time, I needed someone to help out rather than on my own.

Most places said it was close to hajj time, so they do not take any more bookings, but I felt a calling and I knew I would go.

Thank you to Zia Mustafa. From start to finish he was really on top of it. He was calm and assured me he will arrange everything. He listened to all my specific requirements which at last minute, changed like a 1000 times! But he always remained calm and stayed with me through the whole process.

Zia managed my visa, hotel and flight within a day and a half of travelling.

I had a lot of trouble with saudi apps etc but Zia made sure everything was done quickly. Finally out there I ran into 1 or 2 issues with hotel and flights being changed by the airline. Zia was always available by WhatsApp and sorted my issues out when I panicked. He even managed to get me the flight I wanted as the airline cut my trip short by a full day, and I was upset.

I would very highly recommend Hajj and Umrah experts. Zia definitely has a lot of knowledge and mostly his polite and calm personality and a very can-do attitude, which ensured I had an excellent umrah and trip!

This is my first time booking through Hajj and Umrah Experts for the last 10 days of Ramadhan 2024. I highly recommend Abbas who was able to price match and beat all quotes I had from other companies. He was always polite and professional. Abbas had great knowledge of which were the better hotels to stay in and we were not disappointed with his choice.

When using a new travel company, you are always hesitant of being scammed especially when they are giving you the better price package and there are mixed reviews online. Abbas always reassured me that they were a genuine company and emailed me in writing the full package breakdown.

We had no issues with our flights or transport or hotel in Madinah.

The only issue we had was with our Makkah Towers hotel. Our voucher provided had the incorrect booking reference number. Whereas the hotel required a confirmation reference beginning with 69xxxxx” (8 digits). As we had an emergency contact number for this company, within minutes we got the issue resolved by whatsapping them. Despite only this small issue, the overall service we received from Hajj And Umrah Experts was great.

I have already recommended Abbas to my friends and will most likely use Abbas again in the future.
