This was our first experience with the company and I must say, we were extremely pleased and happy with the service we received. Mr Abbas who served us, was very professional, helpful, polite and well mannered. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be using them again.

i booked my aunty’s 4 days umrah package during ramadan for 3 days very last minute. we were served by brother Zia and had a brilliant experience. this is the first time we used a company/agent to book something but experience was great. she went on her own despite having health issues the service was excellent and brother Zia was in touch with my aunty through out the journey. we got this deal very cheap and 5 start hotel taxi service, visa tickets everything included in the package. i will definitely use their services in future as well and will recommend it to everyone.

Usman looked after us very well. Took care of everything, even getting us the rooms next to each other in Makkah by liaising with the hotel. I have since recommended Usman to all my friends, some have booked with him already.

Believe it or in the Feb half term with the door step hotels having asked around we received the best price for our one week away on umrah. What ever I asked for I got - best airline, 5*hotels closest to each masjid, ziyarat*2, coaches to and from airport and each hotel. Biggest reassurance having been told was we are here for u 24/7 and they were. On one occasion I couldn’t get in touch with driver and Aerolinks stepped in and sorted it out they are literally available 24/7 as they say. I highly recommend these guys for all future journeys to Makkah and Madinah. Malika is the best sales person I’ve come across so far. Look forward to booking through them again. Inshallah
