Our Agent Areeba was very good in tailor making an umrah package to meet our needs and budget. She professionally and tirelessly managed to arrange a 5* hotel package which worked out just perfect for our family of 4. We booked the Vocco hotel in makkah which is a brand new 5** outstandingly luxurious hotel, with the best shuttle service to the haram 24 hours a day. The breakfast was of very high quality and absolutely delicious. Areeba fulfilled all her promises including brilliant hotels, excellent transport, seamless flights transfers, timely E-visas and ziarats all inclusive in package. The process was very smooth and the service was top notch. We dealt with kashif and he was absolutely brilliant. When we had a little issue in a hotel check-in kashif helped us right away and it was resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I booked an Umrah trip in December 2023 for 10 days for my family and I with brother Abbas. I want to first of all thank brother Abbas for going above and beyond to make our first Umrah trip a memorable one. Our Makkah hotel was changed from Anjum Hotel to Shaza Makkah (next door to each other). We were all glad it was changed to this hotel because the hotel was outstanding and very close to the Haram (it was approximately 5 minute walk to Gate 79).
Our Madinah hotel was also changed to Safwat Al Madinah, again, we cannot fault this hotel and it was a literal 2 minute straight walk to Masjid An-Nabawi.
In our Umrah package, airport transfers were included and communication across all boards were fantastic and were very punctual.
Throughout the entire Umrah trip, brother Abbas stayed in touch with us, ensuring everything is running smoothly and if we have come across any issues, however everything went extremely well Alhamdulilah.
Insha Allah we will be recommending to family and friends and we will be using this company again.

We booked our 5* Umrah package with Hajj and Umrah Experts. It was vert well catered and executed by Mr. Abbas of this company.
We had very peaceful moments, no problems at all. Hotels were good and next to the Hurmain sharifain. Even transportation was very good and always on time.
I will definitely recommend this company for the holy experience and Mr. Abbas is very helpful and cooperative. He was the one who prepared me well by answering all my questions, I wish him good luck in his work.

I had flight book with them and alhamdulilah had no problem. I had booked & paid for my hotel in Madina & thinking it's all done & complete but a week before I am due to fly out I received a phone call from them saying my hotel in Madina is cancelled & I have to book it with a different hotel. I was so annoyed & angry at the same time coz I didn't understand how a fully paid hotel rooms get cancelled. The first hotel was 4* and now they are offering 3* for the same price & if I want a 4* now then I have to pay extra. I was so stressed & didn't have a choice but to accept it. We went to the hotel & was kept waiting coz they couldn't find our details. After a long wait & me showing them all the booking confirmation alhamdulilah finally we were given only 1 room card when it's a quad room (so pathetic). Upon entering the room Al Mokhtara Al gharbi hotel we could clearly see it has not been cleaned properly, the beds had hair on them, the bathroom had wet floor, broken shower curtain and tiles & dirty WHB. I have contacted the Hajj & Umrah but they did not even say sorry for messing us up. All I can say is that alhamdulilah at least the hotel was close to masjid nabawi and I could spend most of my time away from the hotel. Everyone should research the company's before handing anyone your money coz we would think that as it's for Hajj & Umrah people will not take advantage of us but this is not true.

Very bad experience with this travel agency! They promise you one thing but ends up with a different thing. They had promised me a 4 star hotel and when I went there it turned out to be a 3 stars hotel. I tried to contact them a lot from there but they refunded to answer my calls and when I sent an email the reply I get is that “sir I gave you a 3 star hotel with a 4 star service because you wanted to pay less” it doesn’t make any sense? On the package it clearly says 4 star hotel! The communication is very bad with them I didn’t have the hotel voucher until last minute I was keep on emailing them and calling then they sent it a day before only for Makkah hotel, when I asked for Madina’s hotel they said we will send you that you have time, after 4 days they sent me that and it was a different hotel from the one they mentioned in the package. I can carry on talking about this scam travel agency nonstop. From day one I shouldn’t have trusted them.

LYING THIEVING SCAMMERS
This company lie and rob you off your money. For a full month we discussed which hotel we wanted to stay in Makkah, all digital copies were signed with that particular hotel in the paperwork however a day before flying they changed the hotel without informing us, We arrived at the hotel and then were advised we were not staying there. We paid for a 5 star package and they did not provide a 5 star package at all. We then had to take all our luggage and go to the other hotel that they had moved us to. We contacted them that same day and asked them to move us to the right hotel, having spoken to a supervisor REZA who said he would sort it out the next day he did nothing and did not respond to calsl or any communications again. The guy KASHIF who booked the package fobbed us off by saying its still a quality hotel why you not happy, but when you are spending thousands of pounds and are booking 5 star and have specifically asked for a particular hotel, you want what you paid for. The visa was not the right visa as well as we were supposed to have a umrah visa but they gave a tourist visa, so when I was sick from the food from the lesser quality hotel we could not go to the hospital as we did not have the right Visa. The Hotel In Medina was supposed to be 5 star again, definitely not, dirty and not up to scratch to what we should have got. I have spoken to them regards some level of refund but they don't care. They are all lying cheating scums. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

This travel agency was by far the worst we came across. What I find so disheartening is that as a travel agent who specialises with such privileged pilgrimages for Hajj and Umrah, how can they have the ability to cheat/steal or even do fraud with their customers? We were mis sold an umrah package and H&U experts charged us in full for hotels in both Makkah and Madinah but failed to give the room we paid for. We paid for 5 people, adults but were given 4 beds. The agency tried to convince us and blame the hotel (Anjum hotel, Makkah) but the hotel were right and the agency was wrong. Hotel shared their documents and policy papers. The agency kept fobbing us off for over a month, making it out that the hotel messed up when actually it was them. We had to pay for another room in addition to already paying the agency. The agency didn’t want to give a refund and still haven’t. The agent (can’t name to shame) continues lying to us, over the phone via emails, we then finally got hold of a manager at H&U experts, he explained how busy he was with more urgent matters but assured me he will look into this and get back to me but no response. They are quick to take your money but fail to give you back your money when THEY fail to meet the service you paid for. They tried their best to blame the hotel but the hotel was not at fault. I am still waiting for an official reply in writing that they will not give me a refund and give a reason but they keep making up lies and they fail to answer the question.
In Madinah the hotel this agency booked for us, didn’t even know we were coming!
We waited 2 hours at the hotel lobby, tried calling the 2 emergency numbers this travel agency provided us with (bearing in mind these numbers were emergency numbers)
No one answered. We then paid another £1500 to stay at another hotel in madinah. Now this is just some of the calamities that happened with this agency, I have so much more to add. Their lack of communication, empathy, responsibility, their integrity, list goes on is atrocious. We travelled with elderly and family members with ill health, they didn’t care, just wanted our money. They are thieves. Please think twice before booking with them. They are very consistent when booking with them once they take your money or something goes wrong then they lack in communicating with you.

We booked umrah for our family group of 18 via brother Kashif. This was the first time of using this company as previously we'd booked via another agency which closed down due to covid. I took my time to look for the best packages in terms of price and during this time brother Kashif was very patient and provided me as many quotes as I needed with varying airlines and hotels. He also explained the whole process of booking through them, and when I eventually decided that they were offering the best package, everything worked like Kashif had explained. I also spoke to brother Ahmed Riaz who is a senior manager, just to get assurance that they'll deliver the package as offered and he again was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me all the assurance I needed. The whole booking process was simple and as explained. Our travel and stay was as promised. Once we were in Saudi, we requested that our transport for Medina be upgraded, and once again, Kashif and Usman were very accommodating and got this done very quickly. I also happened to speak to a few of the other staff members when making my booking, etc. and I must say that all of them provided the same level of support and service. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will definitely book with them if I am destined to go for Umrah again inshaAllah. Thank you, Kashif, especially.

They booked me for 5 star hotel and changed without asking me to 3 star. They did it after they received payment from me.
Hotel that was provided to me had bed bugs in Makkah and in Madina it wasn't even 3 star and had gutter smell in rooms.
