Before he left the company he passed on complete details about his dealing with me to his colleague Zia, who was equally supportive. I would highly recommend them.

She has accommodated MULTIPLE holidays for us, including umrah and destination holidays (for example, Istanbul). We've had amazing experiences and can't recommend this company and Eman enough. This is my first Umrah trip with this company and it has been great.
Brother Moazzam was professional ,understanding and very helpful through out the process which involved booking of the flights and the hotels and the application for the visa.He has been approachable and replies to my queries promptly.
The only negative experience is the difficult transport from Al Marzam hotel to the HARAM in Madinah.One of the bus drivers does not attend in time which can result in missing of the congregation prayer and wasting long time before returning back to the hotel.The driver was very rude and disrespectful when I tried to discuss this issue with him ,so I had to report it to the hotel management.Obviously this is not the responsibility of Hajj and Umrah experts because it is not included in my package.
Overall ,I am very happy and I would highly recommend this company to any one intending to go for Umrah.

Alhamdulillah, we recently travelled for Umrah with Hajj and Umrah Experts, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Ahmed Riaz provided timely updates and quick responses throughout the journey, which made everything smooth and stress free.

The transportation was always punctual and very comfortable. In Riyadh, we stayed at the Executive Olaya Hotel, which truly deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing.

In Madinah, we stayed at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The close proximity to Masjid an Nabawi was a big advantage and the overall service was very good.

In Makkah, we stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam, which had perfect proximity to the Kaabah. The hotel also had a large shopping mall inside, making everything easily accessible.

Overall, everything was well organized and beyond expectations. Insha Allah, we will definitely travel again with Hajj and Umrah Experts. Highly recommended!

It’s my second time journey during one year time. I am completely satisfied with the way Zia Mustafa has handled my arrangements. He is highly supportive and professional and very friendly at the same time. If I am praising the efforts of the company, it is actually the direct appreciation and a big thank you to Zia Mustafa. Once I had a problem with my visa and I called him 2:30 in the morning, not only he attended my call but very patiently calmed me down while he himself was fast asleep. Hats off to him. During my joirney, he is always in contact with me even in the airports like he himself was travelling with us. Best umrah operators and best company because they have Zia Mustafa and likewise people. Always cater your needs even when you are not expecting them.
