Went on a day trip to weymouth on sat 27th june, and took my mum, what a fabulous trip down, and day out, a massive thanks to sue the driver for her expertise driving, and immense patience with the traffic, and pierre our courier who always engages with people, and very attentive to our needs on the journey there and back if i could give them both 10 stars, i would.

We use this company every year to collect a group of runners and deliver them to the race start location, over 80 miles away.
They are reliable, and their drivers have proved to be friendly and helpful.

We contacted Masons for a one-way trip from Statford to Southend for our Company day out on PS Waverley.
The pricing was very competitive compared to many of the London Coach companies. The vehicle and driver exceeded our expectations and everything was on time. The Masons Ops team advised us that the PS Waverly had encountered operational issues the week prior, and even though Masons had not organised this they advised that they would ensure the coach was close by in case there was an issue and the coach could at least return us. Valuable information and excellent service.
I'd have no hesitation in using Masons again.

I met mason himself, he screamed 67 in my ears till my ears bled on his gyat he plays phonk while working and does not give effoc about his customers, he also likes too goon on the 4 foot 1 kids since he prefers 67 diddy bluds

Dave, our driver was excellent. Coach was clean, really great condition and our journey's were comfortable and enjoyable. Will use again.

We hired a coach for our wedding and it went so well. The booking process was easy and on the day everything went very smoothly! Would recommend

I was one of the unfortunate people to travel from Brentford to Manchester City on Saturday, to begin with the drivers were having a disagreement which route to take, two coach drivers wanted to go via the M40, the other wanted to use the M1 unfortunately against our drivers wishes we went on the M1 as coach 1 was the lead coach we had to follow our journey took 7 hours, leaving just after 8pm arriving in Manchester just after 3pm missing kick off. The journey should of taken no more that 5 hours had they taken the right route. The coach didn't have a built-in sat nav they used their own sat navs and mobile phones. The coach was incredibly uncomfortable and hot, no air conditioning the roof vents were opened to get some ventilation in the coach, the seats were very uncomfortable and the seat belts didn't work properly it was that stiff it nearly choked you, we couldn't use them. The coach also lacked power it chugged going up hills, pulling out from junctions and roundabouts was a problem.
We had no sockets to charge our phones/ipads, no wifi nor any other technology you'd expect from a coach today. A working seat belt is part of an mot, ours didn't work.

Luckily our coach went home via the M40 it was a better journey coming home, but the journey made it a very long uncomfortable day due to the old coach. Leaving at 8am we should of made 3pm kick off which we would of done had we taken the most logical route.
Unlike Dumber & Dumber on coach No1 who came back the same route M1 via Sheffield they arrived 1 hour later than we did.

I must say the driver on coach 2 was nice,(the one employed by masons, the other guy was a joker) that doesn't compensate the long uncomfortable journey.
A train refunds you money if it is delayed or fails to deliver which you clearly did, I doubt we will get any reimbursement

Quite honestly your company shouldn't be using old knackered coaches you are not giving any consideration for the passengers safety comfort and well being.
I would never travel on your coaches again. An absolute shambolic company.

Have been using a competitor for the last 16 years, due to their inability to take us we branched out and used Masons.
I am so glad we did, their driver Dave was superb and nothing was too much trouble.
The bus was kept well presented throughout, despite 33 students.
Will definitely repeat our custom.

I used Masons Services to go and return from the airport with a group of pupils and they were great. I had to change the airport kind of last minute and they were super understanding and they did not increased the price. They made the quote quite quick and they were very helpful during the whole process. I hightly recommend them!

Always use Masons for my Group Trips. They offer an excellent service which is very reliable. The drivers are friendly and helpful which makes my day in organising our trips less stressful.

We are a small children's charity and we have used Masons coaches for our last three holiday trips. We hire a wheelchair accessible coach with an onboard toilet.

They are easy to deal with, quick to respond to questions and the drivers go above and beyond to welcome our children on board.

The service was on time, the drivers were very courteous and professional and the busses were spotlessly clean.

I can highly recommend this company and their services.

Easy to book, competitive quote. Always happy to help before the day. Emails and phonecalls answered quickly. On the day arrived a few minutes early. Polite courteous driver who went out of his way to be helpful to the less able members of our group.

Despite a slow start with the coach unable to depart due to a technical hitch, a second coach was provided very quickly and we were able to continue our journey. Both drivers (outward/inward) were extremely helpful with organising luggage. Thank you.

We have just come home, from a wonderful 5 day trip to Potters 5 lakes resort with Mason's.

One of the best coach trips we have been on. Coach was lovely and clean and Comfortable.
Shirlene who looked after us, and Vince our driver were marvelous. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The sweeties on the journey were very nice too.

We are so looking forward to traveling with Mason's again very soon. Thank you so much.

Coaches are comfortable. Drivers and couriers are helpful and friendly. Good selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks served on coaches. When booking over the phone staff are friendly and helpful. Staff are polite.

Excellent family run business. Very friendly happy drivers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them . 5*all the way cant wait for my next excursion.

Just used Masons for a birthday trip to the races. An excellent pre event service (ie booking) with good , clear communication.
A nice little reminder ahead of the day and then contact on the morning itself.
A friendly driver for the day that was flexible to our requests for drop off and pick up etc. A modern, clean vehicle - basically an A1 experience and hence 5 stars.
